SummarySome 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with power folding mirrors may not have the ability to deactivate the auto-fold mirror operation from the menu located in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) message center. This may be due to the software in the driver door module (DDM) and passenger door module (PDM). Power folding mirror operation from the physical buttons are not affected by this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in Q4 2026. Replacement or reprogramming of the accessory protocol interface module (APIM), DDM, or PDM will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.

SummarySome 2025-2026 Bronco/Expedition/Navigator/F-150/Ranger vehicles may exhibit a "Check Brake System" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) and/or an illuminated anti-lock brake system (ABS) indicator with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) C0563 stored in the ABS module. This may be due to air still trapped in the system after prior bleeding attempts and/or brake service mode being enabled. The applicable pinpoint test (PPT) in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 206-09 has been updated to improve diagnostics for this concern. Make sure the latest software version of Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) is being used when performing the brake system pressure bleeding routine.

SummaryFor 20212026 vehicles equipped with the 10R80 transmission, a new Transmission Clutch Circuit Leak Test has been introduced in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). This test utilizes the pressure and vacuum transducer (PVT) when available. When referred to a specific clutch (A-F) test by a pinpoint test in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-01 > Diagnosis and Testing, the Clutch Assembly tests have been updated with a hyperlink to the new Transmission Line Pressure Test - Pressure Vacuum Transducer (PVT) Is Available procedure in WSM, Section 307-01 > General Procedures. This procedure provides instructions to perform the FDRS Transmission Clutch Circuit Leak Test when applicable. The new test improves the accuracy of detecting leaks within transmission fluid circuits and replaces the previous air check method. The previous air check procedure has been shown to produce a high rate of false positives, which may lead to unnecessary repairs when no actual leak is present. Accordingly, the air check procedure is not to be used for diagnosing internal transmission hydraulic leaks or as justification

SummarySome 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may experience a second row armrest pin that is loose or broken. Engineering is aware of this condition and is investigating a service solution that will enhance the strength of the arm rest support structure and prevent recurring failures. This solution is expected to be available by the end of Q2 2026. If the customer is not willing to wait for the enhanced service solution, replacement of the seat frame is acceptable. Note that service replacement seat frames will have similar performance attributes for the arm rest support structure as the original seat frame that is being replaced. Should the customer choose to wait for the enhanced service solution that includes a strengthened arm rest support, schedule an appointment with the customer when the repair is made available in Q2 2026. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for updates.

SummarySome 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit misalignment of the 3rd row power folding seats when in the full upright position after performing a reset for an obstruction event. This may be due to the software in the power fold seat module (PFSM). This module may also be referenced as the seat control module J (SCMJ). Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in Q4 2026. If a vehicle comes in for this condition, instruct the customer that resetting the 3rd row power folding seats a second time will correct the condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.<br /><br /> The 3rd row power seat reset is performed with the following relearn procedure:<br /> 1. Start the vehicle and open the liftgate/tailgate.<br /> 2. Remove all items from the 2nd and 3rd row seats including any obstructions that can prevent from folding/unfolding.<br /> 3. SummarySome 2024-2026 Nautilus non-hybrid and 2025-2026 Aviator/Navigator vehicles equipped with 28 radio speakers (minor feature code IDBBN) may exhibit a no audio/sound condition with no communication with the audio digital signal processing (DSP) module. Remove the DSP fuse from the battery junction box (BCMC) (F40 for Aviator, F5 for Navigator, F138 for Nautilus). Inspect the fuse for an open and ensure the fuse has proper blade contact. After one minute, reinstall the good fuse. If the concern is still present or a fuse concern is found, continue with normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics, Section 415-00 Information and Entertainment System > General Information > Diagnosis and Testing. If communication has been re-established with the DSP module, engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected by Q2 2026. Replacement or reprogramming of the DSP will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. For claiming, use causal part 18B849

SummaryFor 20172026 vehicles equipped with a 10R transmission, a revision to the Road Testing Vehicle procedure has been made in the WSM, located in Section 307-01 > Diagnosis and Testing. This updated procedure improves the diagnosis of customer reported transmission concerns and aids in locating the proper root cause. During diagnosis and testing, details regarding whether the condition is more prevalent when the vehicle is hot or cold, throttle percentage at the time of occurrence, vehicle speed, the specific shift involved, and whether the issue occurs during transmission engagements (N>R, N>D, R>D, or D>R) should be noted. Engineering requests including these detailed operating conditions that will significantly assist with root cause analysis. Diagnosis, testing, and repair should use established labor times outside this article.

SummarySome 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with one-touch up/down front windows may exhibit a condition where a front window does not respond to one-touch controls, does not open all the way and/or bounces back when using the one-touch close function. Replacement or reprogramming of the DDM and/or PDM and/or any other components is unlikely to resolve this condition. One-touch open and close function may be restored by resetting the anti-pinch feature described in the Digital Owner's Manual > Windows > Window Bounce-Back > Overriding Window Bounce-Back. The symptom may return after a successful reset of the anti-pinch feature. Show the customer where they can find this reset procedure in the Digital Owners Manual (Windows > Window Bounce-Back > Overriding Window Bounce-Back) so that they can have the option to perform the reset procedure on their own should the symptom return while waiting for the new software to become available. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition which will be released via a software update delivered over-the-air (OTA) e

SummarySome 2025-2026 Navigator vehicles may experience condensation buildup within the reversing lamp assembly (rear light bar - service base part number 13A565) when exposed to cold temperatures. Condensation does not affect the function or performance of the reversing lamp assembly. Refer to the Exterior Lighting Concern Analysis GSB (General Service Bulletin) to determine if replacement is recommended. If lamp condensation levels do not meet the GSB condensation lamp replacement criteria (lamp does not exhibit; non-impact related cracks/damage, water streaking down the inside of the lamp or water pooling on the inside bottom of the lamp) reversing lamp assembly replacement is not recommended. New reversing lamp assemblies are not expected to improve condensation performance over the original assemblies on vehicles that do not exhibit replacement criteria symptoms previously mentioned. Engineering is aware of this condition and is investigating a service solution which is expected to be available by October 2026. Schedule an appointment with the customer when the repair is made available. Monitor Profession
