The contact owns a 2022 Ram 2500. The contact stated while driving 75 MPH, the “Diesel Exhaust Fluid Low – 5 Miles Before LIMP Mode" message was displayed. The contact stated that the diesel fluid was refilled several times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the exhaust fluid was contaminated and that the tank needed to be replaced, and the O-ring seal needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 18,000.

The contact owns a 2022 Ram 2500. The contact stated that while driving and attempting to park, when the brake pedal was depressed, it became spongy and was inoperable. As a result, the contact crashed into a building and damaged the aluminum siding of the building. ODI 11533646 Recall 13A has not been repaired due to local dealer citing no parts available. (Eide Chrysler Bismarck ND). I called Chrysler help line and was told parts were available. I contacted dealer again and was told no parts to repair recall and no idea when they would be available. I can get no resolution through Chrysler or a dealer for this recall. Truck is unsafe to drive or park in my garage due to fire hazard.

I tried multiple dealerships in my area. Getting these serviced has become extremely difficult due to lack of responsiveness or availability by the dealer.

Fire on sliding portion of read window. Short on connection point of wiring harness for defroster. Dealer verified and confirmed. All has been documented. Also has had PCM and other electrical components real places two times now, along with other electrical issues that are still ongoing since time of purchase back in March of 2021. John L. Sullivan of Yuba City refuses to do work or rectify this issue. Ryan Triebess, the service manager, has a personal attachment to online reviews and refuses work to any paying customer that voices their dissatisfaction leaving me with a truck that to this day is a fire risk.
