Updated Fuel Filler Cap and Fuel Filler Tube This bulletin involves updating the upper fuel filler tube and cap with improved versions. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set: P04EC - EVAP System Large Leak Detected - Fuel Tank Side. P04EE - EVAP System Very Small Leak Detected - Fuel Tank Side. Customers may also comment the following:There is a "Check Gas Cap" message in the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC).The above condition is caused from an air leak through the fuel filler cap and fuel filler neck seal.
