While driving multiple warnings appears on the dash including bus communication, airbag, transmission communication, and abs. The vehicles engine began to randomly change rpm. The transmission began to shift speratically and was unable to maintain speed. The vehicle would not allow me to turn on hazard lights to warn surrounding motorists. Similar warnings appeared on the dash once before and the vehicle would not start and left me stranded. When taken in for service for the no start issue, the dealer performed no repairs for this issue and stored P codes were cleared prior to the vehicle being returned to me. I am currently awaiting a service appointment for the issue that happened while driving.

COMPLAINT: It is unacceptable that there is NO fix for this safety recall. The vehicle can not be considered safe to drive by my local Jeep dealer until a fix is done. Jeep has had since Feb and still there is no remedy. I am losing the safe use and operation of my vehicle.

The manual transmission would slip out of second gear while driving. This happened often and with no grinding noise. This causes problems while driving as the car will not be in gear when driver thinks that it is. This can be dangerous when driving in certain situations. There is no warning when it is about to happen. Car was at dealer for 31 days before they diagnosed the problem.

The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V767000 (Fuel System, Gasoline, Engine) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. While the contact was driving at approximately 35 MPH, the vehicle made an abnormal sound in the engine compartment and then stalled. The vehicle was towed to a dealer and diagnosed with fuel pump failure. The failure mileage was approximately 46,000. Parts distribution disconnect.

The vehicle is factory stock with 30,000 miles on it. At highway speeds it experiences what is referred to as the "Jeep Death Wobble" - the vehicle and steering wheel shake violently until I reduce speed to below 50 mph. It is difficult to control and slowing rapidly on the highway is additionally dangerous. It is at a Jeep dealer, but they only want to change the steering dampner. This part is not a real fix - something is loose or not property aligned to cause the shaking. The dampner is a temporary fix that addresses the symptom, not the cause of the shaking. I feel Jeep is not adequately addressing the issue or taking it seriously.

2021 Jeep Gladiator High Altitude with 29000 miles and in stock configuration. Experienced the "Death Wobble" after hitting slight depression in roadway at 65mph. Jeep front end would not stop vibrating until at complete Stop. This appears to be a design flaw. Reporting the occurance to the dealer for resolution.

- #11549445October 11, 2023FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM
I have 2 Jeep gladiators and both are gasoline powered. The problem is the fuel nozzle cannot go fully into the receptacle to add gas. This causes the fuel nozzle to not sense when to click/stop the fuel coming from the gas station pump when the tank and filler hose of the Jeep are full. The result is that gasoline splashes out of the refueling receptacle and then both onto me and also down the side of the bed of the Gladiator on the drivers side where the fuel refill receptacle is located. I put a camera borescope into the fill nozzle and this obstruction can be seen in the attachment.

Stellantis announced a recall in Feb/Mar 2023 for manual transmission Jeep gladiators and wranglers. My vehicle is a 2021 gladiator. There was some initial discussion of July 2023 as a solution and recall taking place, then eventually that was pushed back to Sep 2023. Now in Sep 2023 Jeep is saying it may be Jan 2024 for a solution to be announced,. Then they will take time in phases for different model years to get the solution, Hopefully a new and Improved clutch. According to the latest plan, I would not get the recall performed until July 2024. This is ridiculous. Jeep knows they need to replace approx 70,000 clutches to makes this right. I should not have to wait (at this date) for a year and a half and perhaps longer. Can you make Jeep either provide the clutches now, or fully reimburse us for installing aftermarket clutches in our vehicles? We do not want to be driving ticking times bombs for exploding clutches, thanks!

Experiencing the well known Jeep "death wobble" at highway speeds above 65MPH when riding over a minor surface bump. Very violent shaking of entire vehicle. I have to immediately reduce speed to below 45mph to stop shacking. Reducing this speed at highway speeds is very dangerous, especially if occurring in the passing lane.

The defroster only blows out of the center of the windshield. So the drivers side and passenger sides of the windshield do not clear up at all. This causes me to not being able to safely see where I am driving when my windshield is foggy or covered with snow and ice. This is not the only Jeep Gladiator or Wrangler JL/JLU that is affected. People are complaining all over forums on the internet and to their local dealerships. This issue needs to be fixed before someone gets hurt or killed because you can’t safely see where you are driving or what’s in front of your vehicle or out the side windows since they don’t clear up either like they are supposed to do. I just bought this vehicle on the 28th of August, it only has 12600 miles on it so it is basically brand new and it should not have this issue at all. The 12th was the first time I’ve had to use my defrost in my vehicle and that’s how I found out it didn’t work properly. Having to take your child to school is not a good time to find out you can’t safely drive because you can’t see without constantly using a towel to clean the windshield off.

Air bag sensor fails to properly sense a passenger in the passenger seat and the service airbag warning light cycles on and off. To keep it from cycling - one must disconnect the sensor. I have contacted the dealer to diagnose the problem. The condition occurred after starting the vehicle and occurs whether there is a passenger or not. It also occurs while the car is in run mode. Airbag will not function or may deploy with too much force

Not just not repair for faulty fuel pump as they continue to mfg vehicles but has electrical issues going to limp mode without warning causing dangerous issues driving with no power and lack of operational system. Stellantis refuses to honor warranty or repair. Asked me to fix issues myself. A 50k vehicle I can't use and pay $900 per month.

The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V767000 (Fuel System, Gasoline, Engine) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. An undisclosed dealer was contacted and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that on two separate occasions while driving approximately 60-75 MPH, the vehicle inadvertently decelerated while the accelerator pedal was depressed. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the high-pressure fuel pump had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was offered to replace the failure part with a temporary repair however, the contact declined due to the concern for his safety. The failure mileage was approximately 14,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
