Newer CRV’s windshield wash fluid is delivered through a rubber hose /nozzle that ends on the metal wiper arm, and is exposed to extreme cold temperatures. Other vehicles hoses terminate in the hood, where they are kept warm by the heat radiating from the engine. We just drove cross country, experiencing below zero temps, on highways with heavy traffic and precipitation, with often frozen lines, resulting in really constant, poor visibility., The fluid being used is rated for -30, yet the lines still froze up.

My 2023 Honda CR-V EX-L (15 k miles) has been showing steering issues for some time now. The best way I can describe it as sticky. This issue can even seen at a stop and you turn the wheel slightly to the left or right. I contacted America Honda Corp and they tell me there is no recalls on my vin. I am going to a local dealer for then to diagnose. Thank you, [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

when driving at certain speeds and taking gradual turns, the steering gets stuck in place and it takes effort to overcome when you need to adjust direction to stay with the road/lane. It seems to be progressing as I did not notice this until the car reached 10k miles or so. I am afraid that with the increased effort to correct course, I may jump into another lane and/or lose control of vehicle. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership and they have it now awaiting parts. There has been no audio/visual warning to date.

This isn't about a specific incident. For about four weeks, I've been having an issue with the steering on my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid. When I get up to speed on interstates, the steering becomes sticky or clunky. After the car goes straight for a half mile or so, it will resist minor adjustments in steering. It's most pronounced when I try to adjust the steering wheel to the right. The steering is not smooth like I experienced with each of my other cars. I've turned off the lane change warning system, to no avail. It seems that I have to drive the car for awhile before this problem surfaces. Right now, the problem is just annoying. But I'm concerned that if it get worse, it might become dangerous.

Sun roof was closed and exploded while driving 40mph. it could have splatered glass on any vehicle behind me.. Honda replaced the window and components . The repair cost $2205.35 which i had to pay to have my car released My insurance hasn't paid anything yet. The weather was clear and dry.50 deg. Road condition was 2 lane black top with no overhead obstructions such as trees or bridges. My speed was approx.40 mph.with no traffici in front of me and no on comming traffic.. Honda dealer took no blame for the car window and had no clue whay this happened., I feel that Honda is having glass problems and should own up to it by recall and pay for all damages.

All dashboard warning lights were lit. Looked it up on line and prior years had their warranty period extended to include fuel injectors. My coded for this. Had to have them replaced at a Honda dealership. But my car is 5 yrs. Old with 61k and I have to pay for the repair. This is a safety issue as I was told the car could stop without warning while driving. Honda will only do a recall or warranty exception if you make them. I contacted Honda corporate and they refunded a warranty exception even though this car was dangerous to keep driving with the fuel injector failure.

- #11566393January 18, 2024STEERING, LANE DEPARTURE: WARNING
Dec 20, 2023: The steering wheel jerks while driving as if the lane keep assist was engaged. Steering becomes difficult because you have to constantly move the jerky steering wheel to keep the car in the lane. At one point, the vehicle was stopped at a light, and when I tried to move the steering wheel to the right, it locked up and then the steering wheel all of a sudden moved freely. This problem is becoming more pronounced. Vehicle has approximately 8,700 miles. To vehicle to the dealer and they couldn't replicate the problem.

I purchased my 2023 CRV in April 2023. Sometime around October 2023, when it had around 8,000 miles on it, the steering began to intermittently become "sticky". When driving at highway speeds, the steering wheel would stick when making minor steering changes, requiring more effort to move the steering wheel and sometimes causing overcorrection. While this could happen at any time, it seemed to occur more above 40 mph. It also was more frequent in warmer temperatures or after the car had warmed up. I could reproduce it when sitting idle in park by very slowly turning all the way to the left or to the right. At about 80% max turn, I would start to feel the "sticky" steering. I finally was able to take it to the dealer on December 11, 2023. The technician acknowledged the issue, deemed the car unsafe to drive, and indicated the Power Steering Rack Assembly needs replaced. However, the parts are back ordered with a current delivery estimate of April 2024, so the current estimate is a 4 month wait to have a drivable car.

The steering wheel opposes force when trying to steer it when going at slow, medium or high speed, it's important to mention that this problem exists either the lane keeping assistance is on or off. You have to be a very experienced driver to use this vehicle, otherwise it could be really dangerous. I've read in various forums of other people complaining about the same issue. The vehicle did not advise about any issue.

The contact owns a 2019 Honda CR-V. The contact stated while driving 73 MPH, the vehicle stalled with several unknown warning lights flashing on the instrument panel. The contact coasted the vehicle off to the shoulder of the highway. Due to the failure, the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it remained. The contact later received a notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V858000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
