Went to start truck and had a loud pop like a shotgun went off in the cab when the push to start was turned on. After that I had no sound from the stereo. First thing I noticed was no rear park aid beep when backing up and then noticed all sound was gone. Parked truck not knowing what was wrong and grabbed other truck as I was pulling away the alarm started going off and stereo was blasting static noise on full. Had to disconnect batteries to stop alarm and to get radio to turn off. So to clarify all was shut off and truck was locked and about 1 minute later alarm went off with sound blasting could not turn truck on or off nothing worked. Thank god i didn’t drive it to work would have caused a wreck.

I continue to experience violent shaking of vehicle when traveling around 70MPH. I almost lost control before I could safely pull over on the highway. I purchased truck with 55,000 miles on it and I replaced all the tires after it happened the first few times. New tires did not help.

Recently I was leaving my neighborhood to take my kids to school. I used the remote start and noticed that the doors were not unlocking properly with the exception of the drivers side door. I opened the passenger door from the inside for my child to get into the truck. As we were about to depart the neighborhood for a busy main street, I noticed the door ajar light on the dash was on. I told my son to go ahead and close his door again. When he attempted to open and re-close the door we notice it was not fully latched and then the door would then not close at all as the latch was not functioning properly. I had to turn around and drive very slowly back to my house with my son holding the door closed. This was so incredibly unsafe and I'm thankful I was still in my neighborhood when it happened and not stopping for gas on the interstate or traveling long distances for work. I immediately looked on the Ford website for recalls and contacted the local Ford dealership. There are no recalls at this time. However, there are two Customer Satisfaction Recalls for the door latch and the door lock actuators. (Campaign #18N03 and 20M04). I brought my truck to this dealership for repairs as it is not safe to drive and will in no way pass the state inspection that is due on it. The maintenance shop called me around 24 hours later and stated that the door latch stopped functioning and wiring for the door locks was damaged somehow (unknown how, no damage to my vehicle has ever occurred) but they weren't tied to any recalls or safety programs. This was extremely unsettling to me as the two Satisfaction programs mention this parts specifically. So, unfortunately I am forced to pay a significant amount of money to the Ford dealership for repairs that sound A LOT like problems they are aware of. The receptionist also stated that she had heard of similar issues with these trucks.

The truck shakes violently after hitting a bump in the road. I have had new Michelin tires installed (by Discount Tires) and balanced twice, and the front end and alignment checked (by Leonard's Truck & Frame Service), both located in Lake City, FL. I think the problem is what is commonly referred to as F250 "Death Wobble".

I was in a really bad accident nd went off n embankment. My chest hit the steering wheel md broke my sternum. My seatbelt also didn’t do it port by locking me in place and let me hit forward. Everyone at the scene. Could not believ the airbags didn’t deploy and the seatbelt didn’t help more. I am blessed and very fortunate to be alive!! Both doors on passenger side and driver side are hard to open . The damage where the car hit me was in the front.

- #11559190December 8, 2023TIRES
Good Year Adventure All terrain M&S LT 275/70R18 load range E DOT [XXX] these tires came on my brand new 2022 Ford F250 bought at a Ford dealership in Colorado Springs February 2023 I drove it off the lot with only 67 miles on it. The truck as been driven 99% of time on paved roads with a unpaved county road here an there. The problem I am having is with all four mounted tires on the truck I noticed at approximately 9,000 miles the tread was peeling/chunking looking very rough & wearing fast for being so new. On October 16, 2023 took truck into dealer where I bought it at with 9,556 miles after returning from my trip they agreed it was unusual looking passed it off for me to contact Good Year which they looked at and said same but not willing to do full replacement of tires. Ford will not replace tires under warranty because "wear is consistent with driving on gravel or unpaved roads" Is that not what all terrain tires are made for? With me driving so little on unpaved roads I really think there most be a problem with the tire compound in this set of tires. After moving truck parked on concrete there are shreds/little pieces of rubber off of the tires that cannot be normal. The tires were rotated as recommend at the dealership at 5,553 miles. I have a 2023 F-250 Lariat with the B&O sound system (Unleashed) with 3100 mile now. On 11/28/23 after entering the truck and hitting the start button I heard what sounded like an explosion going off inside the truck followed by non-stop noise coming through the speakers of the truck. Turning the truck off and opening the doors did nothing. Turning radio off did nothing. I proceeded to leave work and head straight to my local dealership which took approximately 15 minutes to get too and the noise in the speakers had not stopped. I left the truck running and went in to speak to someone in the service department. He came out and got in the truck and was shocked at what he was seeing/hearing. He stated that he had never heard of this before. He tried everything I did to get the noise to stop but it would not. At some point he went into the sound settings and changed it from Surround mode to Stereo mode and it stopped and the radio came on and played like normal. Told me it was possible that I had received an update and something may had gotten stuck in programming and caused a glitch. He said that hopefully it wont happen again but if it does to come see him for a further investigation into the matter. I told him that I couldnt believe that the speakers were still working after that happening. I have a dash cam in my truck that has all of this recorded except the initial explosion because of a momentary lapse of time when the truck is started. It has been a week now since this happened and my ears still have a constant ringing that hasnt gone away. Very irritating to say the least but I am glad that this didnt happen when all of my family was in the vehicle. I however am worried of it happening again in the future.

Steering and suspension were compromised at highway speeds upon hitting a mild change in surface (such as a bridge expansion joint). The front axle bounces and shakes violently and steering is extremely difficult. Reducing speed (below highway speed while on a highway in traffic) eventually ends the violent shaking and bouncing. This problem has not been confirmed by a dealer or independent service center nor has it been inspected by others. There were also no warning lamps or messages.

While driving on the 215 (Southern California) freeway at approximately 70 miles per hour and without warning I experienced a sever wobble in the front end of the truck. it was so bad I had to pull over on the shoulder of the freeway. I was lucky traffic was light and could do this safely. I took the truck to a mechanic that specializes in ford trucks, and he recommended several components be replaced. He stated this is a common problem with Ford F250 and F350 trucks. He mentioned that this was known as the "Death Wobble." The truck has approximately 60 thousand miles on it.
