I purchased this truck new in 2013 and it has only been serviced by Ford, except for an Air Lift Suspension Kit install to allow load leveling when towing. Low miles: 54484 actual. No collision damage, original paint. Date of repair:06/25/2025. Jenkins Ford RO#[XXX]. My truck has a Supercab (Extended Cab) with short rear doors that open to the rear. Both of these rear doors failed within 5 minutes of each other. Specifically, the inside door handles and opening levers on the forward facing side of the doors failed. This is absolutely a safety hazard because a Child, Senior, Handicapped person, pet, etc., would be trapped from making an emergency exit in case of accident or fire. A more athletic person may be able to pull themselves over the from bench seat to exit, but still delaying the exit and dangerous. There were no warnings to alert anyone of the failures. Jenkins Ford (Crystal River, FL) diagnosed the problem and made the costly repair. Both door cables were replaced, no warranty. Cost: $1558.80 I called Ford USA Customer Relations (800) 392-3673 at 1:16PM EDT on 06/24/2025. C/S Rep "Kisha" said Ford would not assist in any goodwill for repair of this safety item. I researched this problem online an apparently, this is a common failure due to plastic parts holding the cables. I acknowledge that this vehicle is over 10 years old, but feel that this is a safety item Ford should stand behind. People keep vehicles longer these days and mine has been garaged, meticulously maintained by Ford, and has extremely low miles. Jenkins Ford did a very professional repair and I'm very happy with this dealer. The Ford Motor Company should be required to recall and repair this problem. - #11669536June 26, 2025ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The electical system seems to have a bad connection. This can sometimes be triggered when releasing the parking brake. Most often the issue occurs when driving where all gauges go offline and numerous errors are thrown on the display. Most times you can reconcile the issue by wiggling the wiring harness under the stearing wheel located near the parking brake. This vehicle has not been inspected. I have talked to local repair shops and they have verbally quoted prices too high to trace it down. It does not seem to be temperature related. Unplugging the wiring harnesses and plugging them back in does seem to help for a short period of time. This has occurred over 30 times in the past 2 years. The truck has less than 40,000 miles on it. The truck will not start when it is having this issue but thankfully will continue to run if already started.

Power fold mirrors do not fold in or out as designed. Mirrors do not completely fold out causing safety issue when a need to change lanes. Issue appears to occur when ambient outdoor temperature is above 85 degrees and/or when the sun heats mirrors. I have reported the issue to the Ford dealer several times when the problem was intermittent and was told they could not diagnose the issue due to it being intermittent. The service writers I have spoken with also stated they have never heard of the issue. This problem started at approximately 6,000 miles (intermittent) and has escalated to very close to 100% of the time now. Vehicle mileage is currently 46,000 miles. There are several complaints on various forums on the internet regarding this issue. Vehicle is available for inspection.

ON YOUR VEHICLE, IT MAY BE POSSIBLE FOR AGED BIODIESEL DEPOSITS TO ACCUMULATE IN THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP. THIS MAY RESULT IN EXTENDED CRANKING WITHOUT STARTING WHILE THE VEHICLE IS PARKED, OR LOSS OF MOTIVE POWER WHILE DRIVING. My vehicle has been inoperative for MONTHS due to this recall, per the manufacturer. We had no warning lights or problems prior to trying to start the vehicle and that failing. We took it to the manufacturer, and they said it was because of the recall. The recall date is Dec 20,2024 and it is now June 24, 2025. That is 6 months without a remedy. This is not being taken care of in a timely manner.

Pulling my camper with my 2019 Ford F250. As we began to go down a hill I tapped the brakes to just slow down. I was driving around 55 mph. After I tapped the brakes the front end began to shake. I guess this is known as the Death Wobble. It was extremely scary. Never have had anything like this before. If Ford knows about this why have they not done anything? Thanks

The back up camera on my truck is so cloudy you can barely see, Ford states they will not take of this as well as the dealership I bought the truck from.

High Pressure Fuel Pump Failure: On [XXX] While driving on the highway our 2020 F250 Super Duty Vin # [XXX] experienced a complete and sudden loss of power in the fast lane, creating an extremely dangerous situation.
