The contact was informed that the fuel system needed to be replaced including fuel rail, fuel injectors, and sensors. The vehicle was repaired. We called our local Ford dealership, Matthew Ford of Pryor (Oklahoma) and made an appointment for the safety recall of replacing the clock spring. They proceeded to attempt the replacement and in the process damaged the steering column module, part no. GC3Z3F791KA. We are now being told that Ford does not have the necessary steering column module part and nobody manufactures it for our trim level, Platinum. Consequently, our truck is not able to be fixed and returned to us in the same condition it was given to the dealership. It is still at the dealership, in pieces. We dropped it off on March 27th, 2025.

- #11675035July 21, 2025SERVICE BRAKES
I purchased a brand-new 2025 Ford F-250 Super Duty on April 1, 2025. The truck has an intermittent and ongoing issue where the dashboard displays “Park Brake Limited Function” or “Park Brake Service Required.” I took the vehicle to the authorized Ford dealer, but they told me the problem cannot be repaired. However, when I contacted Ford corporate customer service, they claimed the issue is known and can be repaired, and referred me to safety department complain This contradiction between Ford and the dealer is unacceptable. The issue affects the functionality and safety of the vehicle, and it remains unresolved. I request that NHTSA investigate this issue and pressure Ford to provide a consistent, repairable solution

Fuel pumps failure causing the truck to loose power while in traffic. I have spent 8 thousand dollars in repairs and I am still all of a sudden low Fuel pressure pops up on the screen and it looses power. Has left me stranded 200 miles from my house. Ford has told me that they can't get it to happen for their tech and told me to drive it. Same thing happened again 200 miles away from my house. I feel like Ford knows what it does and doesn't want to correct the problem. These trucks are very expensive to buy and to operate with all the service that has to be done to keep it on the road. I have been driving Ford trucks for over 35 years and this has got to be the worst one ever also the most expensive.

My 2004 F250 has developed the "Death Wobble" that is normally associated with newer models, but the shudder at or around 40-45mph is identical to the described problems of the newer models in the class action lawsuit and tech bulletins published by Ford. Older models need to be considered in the tech bulletins, customer satisfaction programs, and fixed by ford despite being 1 year older than the current guidelines.

When driven the vehicle approximately 60 miles I had to fight to keep it on the road. Hoffman found suspension was out, the vehicle is chasing the road when driving highway speeds (I upload the findings). This started from the time I purchased the vehicle until now. I purchased the truck from Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln, 7601 South Blvd., Charlotte, NC on [XXX], and left for Middletown, CT the day after. I had to drive at a low speed to keep the Truck on the road. I didn't test drive it because it was new. It is still in the shop for the 3rd time for the same problem. It is not safe to drive. It is dangerous for me and others. The shop does not seem to know how to fix the problem. Ford Motor Company has been notified but has not corrected the problem. I took it to Hoffman Ford in CT and it is there now. The Truck has been in the shop more than I use it. The first two times it was in the shop, they didn't even authorize a rental vehicle for me to drive. It's in the shop now and they did authorize a rental this time. The case # with Ford Motor Company is [XXX], Melanie Krupa, case manager, phone 866-631-3788 ext.79412 email: [email protected]. I uploaded the bill of sale, finance agreement and the repair statements from Hoffman. I greatly appreciate your help. I am paying for a vehicle that is in the shop and is not safe to drive.
