Purchased my used vehicle at my local dealer, in which, they just received into inventory and had not been reconditioned at all ,prepping for Resale, but this vehicle was still offered to me in a nonformal fashion; since my low credit, low deposit, and prior repos that It be best if I choose that one. the vehicle has displayed symptoms of shuddering since day one. Test drive was uneventful since we remained low speed.however, Immediately and if ever drive 55-75mph there would have shuddering and erratic rpm readings but would settle once slowed and time passed.the dealer was informed the next day of this + of all oil change, car wash, detail, inspection, etc. That were also offered as apart of the deal as well and they ONLY picked up the vehicle once ,second day after financing vehicle,BUT they Only installed a "GPS" device within the vehicle and ignored and downplayed all my requests and Accounts of the details of the matter ENTIRELY. The problem persisted and the dealer personnel gave me the run around and errors electronically that pushed this matter past warranty dateline and they informed me they were not obligated to any action. 2.5 - 3 years have passed living with these unresolved issues gotten used to it until Last month on the freeway the "service transmission" light illuminated it shuddered uncontrollably to a sudden stop where it was very difficult to steer to safe location, but Once I stopped the vehicle would always start up but not would it accelerate forward or backwards every time.sometimes yes ,and some not so much. Had to be towed home and seemed to drive About half of a block distance only as have had been completely cool,as opposed to warm or hot and attempting to move forward. Shows all the symptoms of safety campaign SR-16-006. Local repair shop was uncertain diagnosing ,but Tried a complete transmission fluid exchange, Which was a fail. As far as recalls dealership, too costly at the moment for tow to/from+inspection,since the recall shows error

This was in a rental from National Car Rental from the Las Vegas airport. I was driving down the road at about 65-70 MPH when the vehicle's brakes just slammed on, and everything about the car just died. There was a huge groaning sound as it happened - kind of like when you are in 'park' and push the gas pedal and it revs really high. I tried shifting into neutral, nothing changed, and all the lights and functions of the car went out. I did my best to "direct" (couldn't steer) the car to the edge of the road. It was a busy remote highway, I was in the 'fast' lane. so could move over as far as I could to the other side of the white line while basically groaning to a halt. When I stopped all of the power shut down, the car would not restart and at first the battery and "service engine now" lights came off, then everything stopped. After a bit the battery came back on so I could at least charge my phone to use it to call for assistance. I have an email from National saying it appeared to be an engine malfunction. When this happened I was on Highway 93 between Las Vegas and Kingman Arizona (right around mile marker 30). It is a split highway with a dirt median. I was on the inside of the median. Fortunately when it happened there was no one directly behind me or they would have hit me. This is the main thoroughfare between NV and northern AZ here, so it is basically semi trucks going >70 mph the whole stretch. I had to sit in the car for 2 hours waiting for the tow truck to arrive. I did not get out of the car because I was more scared of distracting a driver and veering into me, whereas sitting in the car I was just as scared, but I thought at least I had an airbag if I was crashed into. I was honestly terrified the whole time. I sent numerous emails and made numerous calls that document all of this. I have pictures and video of the situation. The car was picked up by Jone's Towing from Kingman AZ.

The rear passenger seat belt is way down in the seat and I have tried everything to get it to pull out more. I don't know what it could be, but it's almost as if the seat belt buckle is too short.

The mouth part where u put the fuel nozzle into ur vehicle is rusting very bad and I try to clean it out often but I'm still concerned that there are rusted pieces of metal still getting down into my actual gas tank. What can be done about this? I wouldn't think this piece would rust considering it's made to handle fuel.
