Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 vehicles. The front short-range radar sensor printed circuit board may fail and result in a loss of automatic emergency braking and other driver assistance features.
I rented this car from Enterprise, as I was driving on the highway other cars was pointing up the bair conditioner plastic compartment was flapping extremly hard back and forth to the poit it was almost coming off and coud of flew into some one elses winshield causing seruious harm. enterprise is saying i must of hits a bridge or tree absoulutly not. upon pulling ovr nd inspecting the air conditioner cover the bolts to hol the can cover on ws not there and the adhesive had failed to hold the plastic cover down. you can clearly see on the photos that i did not go undet a low bridge or hit anything not one scratch on the roof of the vehicle. Enterprise sent me off in a Van l that had a loose top airconditioner shroud which could have seriously injured me or someone else.

My 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 Cargo AWD High Roof has had a creaking noise from the steering column since new (now ~12,000 miles). Symptoms • Creak starts after driving over bumpy roads, then stays constant on smooth and bumpy pavement • Continues after parking — I can reproduce it by pushing on the steering wheel • Happens cold and fully warmed up • Sounds like it’s coming from the steering column under the dash, near the firewall What’s been tried • Dealer #1: replaced the brake booster — no change • Mercedes-Benz Van Center: replaced rubbing hood hinges — quiet for 65 miles, then the creak returned

Subject: Transmission Failure Safety Complaint I am submitting a complaint regarding a serious transmission problem with my vehicle. While driving, the transmission suddenly failed, and the vehicle lost the ability to move properly. The car would not accelerate as expected and had difficulty. In some instances, the vehicle would not move forward or reverse. Warning indicators appeared, and the transmission Fault Stop began showing abnormal behavior such as delayed shifting, jerking, slipping, or sudden loss of power. This created a dangerous safety risk, especially while driving in traffic and at intersections. The vehicle has been maintained regularly, and this issue occurred unexpectedly. I believe this transmission defect may affect other vehicles of the same make and model and should be investigated for consumer safety. The dealership attributed the issue to wrong fuel, but I am concerned the actual issue involves transmission failure. I have a fuel purchase receipt showing the correct fuel was purchased before the incident. Despite this, the dealership suggested wrong fuel as the cause. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate action be taken. Vehicle Information: Make: Mercedes-Benz Model: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Cargo Van 2500 Year: 2025 Mileage: 71599 VIN [XXX] Date of Incident:03/24/2026 INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

Refer to Safety Recall 25V747 and see the attachment which outlines our complaint. RV does not comply with requirements of FMVSS 110 and 49 CFR Part 567. We were the reporting party to the manufacturer and according to NHTSA database, our VIN is not present for the required recall service/extended fuel tank replacement. The RV manufacturer and dealer are not presently responding to requests from us to have the recall service completed. We believe they have not correctly reported additional safety concerns as are described in the attachment. The manufacturer has communicated that since producing RV's in 2021, they have improperly weighed RVs which has resulted in inaccurate OCCC labeling and we believe owners unknowingly operated RV's over GVWR. Our RV's OCCC is 333 lbs. A 174 lb weight savings per Safety Recall 25V747 will not bring our RV into compliance as we have a certified curb weight of 8700 lbs. and believe other same year/models have the same curb weight. Additionally, we are inquiring if Remote Vans is required to provide a cargo carrying allowance in addition to the occupant weight i.e. 600 lbs. for four seat belted passengers per FMVSS 110. We have also filed a complaint/attachment with Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection on 11/28/25.
