“My 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter was subject to NHTSA Recall 23V-100 / Mercedes campaign 2023040008 (tel:2023040008) involving the interior blower fuse circuit and risk of overheating/fire. Mercedes performed the recall remedy by relocating/replacing the blower fuse circuit. Approximately two years later, the relocated fuse connection overheated and burned, damaging the fuse terminal and fuse box. The dealer has confirmed the affected circuit/part is defective and the fuse box now requires replacement. Mercedes has offered only partial goodwill assistance rather than full coverage. I am concerned the recall remedy did not effectively correct the original safety defect and that the vehicle could be at risk of another overheating event or fire.”

The SRS malfunction light was on the dashboard. When I went to the dealership I was told that the wires were damaged under the seats. So I had the dealership do the repair. Then I was told that they had a known problem with the wires actually there was a recall stating the same issue. But since it wasn’t showing up by the vin. Number they refused to do the repairs by a recall so I had to pay for the repairs. I’m confused why the problem is actually what is in the recall why wouldn’t it be fixed regardless if the vin number didn’t show up as being faulty. When it’s the same issue. That they found.

I rented this car from Enterprise, as I was driving on the highway other cars was pointing up the bair conditioner plastic compartment was flapping extremly hard back and forth to the poit it was almost coming off and coud of flew into some one elses winshield causing seruious harm. enterprise is saying i must of hits a bridge or tree absoulutly not. upon pulling ovr nd inspecting the air conditioner cover the bolts to hol the can cover on ws not there and the adhesive had failed to hold the plastic cover down. you can clearly see on the photos that i did not go undet a low bridge or hit anything not one scratch on the roof of the vehicle. Enterprise sent me off in a Van l that had a loose top airconditioner shroud which could have seriously injured me or someone else.

My 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 Cargo AWD High Roof has had a creaking noise from the steering column since new (now ~12,000 miles). Symptoms • Creak starts after driving over bumpy roads, then stays constant on smooth and bumpy pavement • Continues after parking — I can reproduce it by pushing on the steering wheel • Happens cold and fully warmed up • Sounds like it’s coming from the steering column under the dash, near the firewall What’s been tried • Dealer #1: replaced the brake booster — no change • Mercedes-Benz Van Center: replaced rubbing hood hinges — quiet for 65 miles, then the creak returned
