SummaryFault code P06DA00 is found current or stored in engine control unit. Check engine light may be activated. Various causes Up to Model year 2018 Fault code P06DA00 can be disregarded if not activating the check engine light, unless otherwise specified in the guided test. The vehicle continues to operate as designed. Further causes should be investigated if complaint of check engine light is received. If fault code P06DA00 is activating the check engine light, update software of the ME control unit. No further repairs needed if the code no longer activates check engine light after 2 drive cycles. Model year 2019 and later Fault code P06DA00 will activate check engine light as of model year 2019. No driveability concerns will be observed, only illumination of the CEL. This fault code indicates high resistance or open in the circuit to Y130 oil pump control valve. Perform guided test for component Y130 under list of tests in ME. Diagnose location of high resistance or open in Y130 circuit and repair as necessary. Warranty claims submitted without supporting guided test results may be subject to debit.

SummaryIn our continuing efforts to assure the proper performance of Mercedes-Benz products and to enhance the satisfaction of our customers, Mercedes-Benz USA (âMBUSAâ) is extending the coverage for the intake line assembly on your vehicle from the original New Vehicle Limited Warranty of 4 years / 50,000 miles to 15 years / 150,000 miles (whichever occurs first), and applies to the vehicle regardless of ownership. Why the warranty extension? On certain Model Year 2015 - 2020 C/E/GLC/SLC and SLK vehicles, under certain circumstances, the partial-load ventilation valve (a part of the intake line assembly) may not work as intended, resulting in the illumination of the check engine Malfunction Indicator Lamp (âMILâ). A faulty partial-load ventilation valve might also increase exhaust gas emission. . Any repairs under this warranty extension must be performed by an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. ⢠If your preferred authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership performs a diagnosis and confirms that your vehicle has the issue, the repair will be performed at no cost to you. ⢠This extended warranty does not apply to any other components or conditions beyond the ones mentioned above, and standard warranty terms apply, including the exclusions with respect to extra expenses, as identified in the Service and Warranty Information booklet. We hope you are enjoying your Mercedes-Benz vehicle and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

SummaryIn the instrument cluster, the symbol for "12 V battery" and the message "Switch on vehicle" may sporadically be displayed. As a consequence of this, the fault codes B 1 FCB97 (=> N73/3) and U 116000 (=> N73/3*1) are stored in the fault memory. In the subsequent analysis of the 12 Von-board electrical system data, the following parameters are conspicuous (see picture 1 in the attachment): ⢠Charge balance negative when stationary. ⢠Interior CAN bus is awake for an unusually long time. ⢠12 V battery SOC (state of charge) during subsequent engine start is 45% or less. NOTE: Once the 12 V battery SOC has exceeded 50% for the first time, the symbol and the message in the instrument cluster disappear again. The door control unit (N69/x) may sporadically keep the interior CAN bus awake. NOTE: Exclusively door control units with the HW item numbers A2239019917 and A2239010018 can be affected.
