I was driving down a road with no traffic when the sunroof shattered. I pulled over and there was a hole in the middle and it was completely cracked. No damage to any other component of the sunroof just the glass. There was nothing that impacted or fell on the sunroof. There was no prior damage to the sunroof or surrounding area. The sunroof was closed not in use at time of incident. Dealership could not find a reason for the damage but did say they had someone else go in for a sun roof randomly exploding as well.

The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. I was driving with my wife and 2 children on the highway in our 2018 Honda CRV and the sunroof randomly shattered, raining glass on us in the car. Luckily nobody was injured, but we could have been cut or crashed. Dealer and Honda deny any issue. It was inspected by insurance reps and body repair shop. I opened claim for this through all state claim# [XXX]. There were no symptoms of the problem prior to the incident. STEERING
When driving on highways at speeds greater than 45 to 50 miles per hour when I turn the steering wheel, I have to apply greater than normal pressure to get it to turn back straight forward. This has just started over the past couple of weeks and is getting worse each time I drive it. I am getting afraid to drive the car as I am concerned it will cause me to wreck if I can't get it to turn back straight or if I have to jerk it back too hard and over correct.

The car quit suddenly while picking up my child at school and would not start. Had to be towed to the honda dealership due it not running. No warning sign of it having any problems, nothing. This qas February 13th and has been sitting therr for over a month now. I have contacted the Honda service department twice and they can not give me an ETA on when my car will be fixed or when the fue pump will arrive and if that is the only thing wrong with my car. This is our main vehicle, I do have a courtesy car to drive but I am making car payments on a car that is not functioning.

The car horn that is supplied as part of this car is, in my opinion, very dangerous. The horn emits an audible sound that hardly gets attention from others, be they fellow drivers and or pedestrians. I an not at all comfortable driving this car with this horn. To this point, there are Honda dealers selling auxiliary horns to help combat the issue. YouTube has a number of people that have posted on the subject. Please take this issue seriously and force Honda to do something about it. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a critical safety issue with my Honda CRV EX 2023, specifically concerning the steering mechanism. The steering feels excessively "sticky," making it extremely challenging to control the vehicle, particularly at higher speeds on the freeway. This issue poses a significant safety risk, as it requires an excessive amount of effort to keep the car steady, resulting in several near misses and a profound sense of insecurity while driving. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of the dealership, I have been consistently dismissed with the explanation that it is related to the lane departure safety system. However, this assertion is demonstrably false, as the problem persists even when the lane departure system is deactivated. Furthermore, it is illogical to attribute a safety system as the cause of decreased safety, as its purpose should be to enhance passenger safety, not compromise it. Additionally, the car shows no warning and dealer did not detect any issues during their multi-point inspection during a service. It is important to note that this issue is not isolated to my vehicle alone. I have spoken with an Uber driver who also operates a Honda CRV 2023, and they have reported experiencing the same steering problem. This indicates a systemic issue that demands immediate attention and resolution. Having driven other vehicles without encountering similar problems, I am deeply concerned about the safety implications of this defect. Therefore, I urge your agency to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to rectify this serious issue. The safety of drivers and passengers must be prioritized, and it is imperative that steps are taken to ensure that all affected vehicles are made safe for operation. Back hatch closes on me when I am putting stuff in the back. This has happened at least 6 times. The very last time on March 10, 2024, it the hatch door came down on my head & arm. It almost hit my eye. I got bruised on above my eye & my arm. The sensor thinks I am setting it off.

STEERING, LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST
Steering sticks when going over any sort of lane departure. This is dangerous when exiting a tight offramp or coming on a tight onramp. Once the sterring wheel sticks it takes a second or two to unstick causing some near crashes for sure. Not able to get the car to replacte with a local honda dealer went back and took the foreman for a ride and still was not able to replicate it either.
