EVERYTIME THERE'S MOISTURE OR IS COLD OUTSIDE OR EVEN IF IT RANS WHEN YOU TURN ON THE CAR ALL THE WARNING LIGHTS ON THE CAR DASH COME ON, BRAKES, PARKING ASSIST, ETC. I CALLED THE DEALER FOR THEM TO CHECK IT UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE THIS CAR HAS ONLY 18K MILES AND THEY SAID I HAVE TO PAY TO CHECK IT. HOW IS THIS WHEN THIS IS DANGEROUS. WHEN IT'S HOT OUTSIDE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN.

The infotainment screen touch is unresponsive half the time. Rarely works in the heat, sometimes works when cooler out. CarPlay is tough to connect reliably wireless or wired. There are other people complaining on online forums about the touch being unresponsive especially in the heat as well.

Rear camera fails when the outside temperature is hot, camera lost color image showing only the image on black & white, bringing the potential loosing of distant perception to the driver due the lack of color and the increase of the shadows on black and white image, I already take the car to Honda dealer and the response was Honda is aware of the problem and they are in the process of investigation due several new vehicles had the same problem.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
The contact owns a 2024 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at 55 MPH, the Forward Collision Avoidance: Automatic Emergency Braking system was activated, bringing the vehicle to a complete stop. The contact stated that there were no other vehicles or objects nearby. The vehicle returned to normal functionality, but the failure became a regular occurrence. The brake warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was 13,000.

The 2024 Accord EX front passenger seat sits too low and has no height adjustment. Many adult front passengers are positioned extremely low to the floor with zero height adjustment. I believe the airbag may not effectively protect or even cause injury to these passengers as many can not see over the dash. This abnormal low position also causes leg discomfort and cramps during longer trips. I recommend that Honda provide a seat adjustment alteration or install optional seat-jacking spacers to restore passenger height to a safe and or normal position.

My car has been phantom braking very hard on its own many times this past week while I was driving on the freeway. There’s no car in front of me and luckily no car was in back of me. Also I noticed it happens a lot when I change lane. I noted these frequent frightful occurrences below. It just brakes when nothing is in front. 6/14/24 @11:30am on the freeway 6/19/24 @9:17am on the freeway 6/22 /24 @8:37am phantom brake very hard on the freeway

As I parked my vehicle all of the dashboard lights turned on simultaneously. My safety is at risk because I can not identify or predict the safety of my vehicle. I have not visited my dealer at this point. I have had a check engine light that would come on and would go away. I’d be told by mechanics that it is a computer issue. My last encounter with this was approximately 2-3 months ago.

Bought a brand new Honda 2024 at a dealership, since picking up the car we noticed it was black and white and not clear, assumed it was a setting issue so paperwork was completed and we took the car home. It was a safety issue as having it black and white and reversing it was hard to see and several close calls on collition when backing up due to camera malfunction. Issue persisted, notified dealership and appointment was made to replace camera. Issue was confirmed by dealership and camera replaced. About to exit the dealership, put car on reverse and issue persisted.

I was getting on a freeway, via an on ramp, I was the first vehicle from the light, so there were no vehicles ahead of me. As I was about to merge onto the right lane of the freeway, my vehicle slams to a stop. The BRAKE icon appeared on the control panel, and worried about the vehicle behind me maybe hitting me, I attempt to pull to the right to get off the road. Luckily there were no vehicles on the freeway at the time close to me, and the vehicle that was behind me when I got onto the freeway on ramp, was far enough back. My vehicle only braked for a moment, but it was a hard jerk. It all lasted seconds and I managed to merge onto the freeway and continue on my way. I have not told the dealership yet, where I purchased the vehicle from, but I'm going in for regular service in a week and will address it then. There have been other times the BRAKE icon shows up, but the vehicle had never stopped on it's own before. That was a first. I have, however, noticed NUMEROUS electrical related problems with this vehicle. Well, I'm assuming it's all electrical (braking, speed, AC/heating, backup camera not working due to outside temp). I purchased it new, I'm the sole owner, it has just over 8K miles on it. I didn't bring it up with the dealer because I just chalked it up to numerous other problems I have with this vehicle, and figured I had a lemon, so it's too late to do anything about it. And most of the time if the dealer can't replicate the problem, they feel like it doesn't exist, they won't do anything anyway. I have since disabled any driver assist abilities in the vehicle. I have no issues with anyone inspecting my vehicle.

Driving on Highway at approximately 65 Miles Per Hour using the Adaptive Cruise Control. Car in front of us took a right hand exit. My 2021 Honda Accord activated the Braking System and applied the brakes, so I stepped on the accelerator thinking it would override the braking system. It had no effect. There were cars behind me at the time and luckily nobody was injured. I looked this up on the internet and found that it is a reported issue. That is why I am contacting you. Very concerned about the safety of my family.

My honda Accord’s automatic braking system suddenly engaged this morning for no reason. The driver of the car following me had to slam on his breaks to avoid rear-ending me. If the other driver had not stopped, we would both have been injured. Honda’s emergency braking system is dangerous. There should be a way to disable it permanently.

The contact owns a 2021 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed low speed, the vehicle lost power steering functionality. The messages "Electric Power Steering Problem" and "See Dealer" were displayed. The contact stated that she pulled to the side of the road.
