Purchase New Delivery date: August 13, 2024 On Saturday June 7, 2025 after temperatures reached 93⁰ I noticed a cracking in windshield starting from plastic cover near windshield wipers. The cracking rapidly spread upward which is currently about 8 inches in length. This windshield hasn't been struck by any object. If windshield is replaced with any windshield other than a OEM from Honda it will void warranty on camera system. To replace with a OEM from Honda I was quoted over $2,000.00. This cracking has started due to poor materials used in the production of windshield or is either too thin. There is numerous reports of such on Honda 11th generation forums.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL, LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST
Purchased New Delivery date: August 13, 2024 This is an ongoing issue, car indicates radar needs cleaning. Each time I pull off road to check radar no such cleaning is needed, it's clean. Once the car indicates that the radar needs cleaning I loose multiple functions, cruise control, lane assist etc. Attached picture

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Purchase New Delivery date: 8-13-2024 Car frequently indicates stop sign, yield signs, wrong way signs when infact no such signs are in vicinity of car. If someone was driving in an unfamiliar area and such appeared it could cause one to abruptly stop thinking their running a stop sign, going the wrong way. Attached picture, car clearly indicates a yield sign and there's no sign around. 5

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST
Purchased new. Delivery date August 13, 2024 I've experienced an ongoing issue with the electronics since owning car. First issue was ECM failed. Currently having problems with the Lane Keeping Assist (LKAS). The car is alerting me that I'm not staying within my lane which isn't correct, the car then attempts to correct. The car attempts to correct, shows a lane departure warning but won't give any audible alerts as previous. During the time car alerts of road departure it clearly shows the car diagram within the road diagram. I have pictures taken showing such.

This has to do with the wireless phone audio system. The quality is extremely poor as the internal microphone seems to pick up every sound in and outside of the car. There appears to be zero filtration of outside noise. This is a safety problem as it forces the driver to pick up their phone in order to use the speaker.

The contact owns a 2021 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at 60 MPH, the vehicle's auto braking applied without warning. The vehicle was rear-ended by a possible 2024/2025 Buick Envista. The driver of the Buick left the scene of the crash. The brake warning light was flashing. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA Action Number: EA24002 Forward Collision Avoidance. There were no reported injuries, air bag deployment or fire. A police report was filed. My new car Honda Accord purchased less than a month ago, had a front passenger sidewall fail while driving about 40 mph. No potholes, smooth road. The interior sidewall failed, leading to a flat tire, damaged rim and my low tire pressure gauge never went off. I replaced the damaged tire with the spare and after driving home, the tire gauge finally went off (8 miles later).

I was driving down the highway when my sunroof exploded out of no where. No debris hit my vehicle. The explosion was extremely loud and spontaneous. My safety was put at great risk as there is nothing I could have done to prevent this problem. As I am going 75 miles an hour with vehicles behind me, my glass exploded. This glass could have fallen onto me while driving, seriously injured ,or even, and killed me. Luckily my sun shade was closed. The debris from my shattered sunroof could have seriously injured the vehicle behind me.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE
The contact owns a 2022 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving approximately 35 MPH, the vehicle independently stopped. The contact stated that the Forward Collision Avoidance warning light was blinking on the instrument cluster with an audible alert. The contact had experienced the failure four times. The contact had taken the vehicle to the same dealer for the prior independent braking failures however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer after the most recent failure, and it was determined that the Forward Collision Avoidance front sensor was misaligned. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 38,000.

I was driving when a car pulled into a driveway. My car was not near this car and the brakes stopped very hard. At other times when the brakes should have stopped they did not. I had a major accident in Feburary and my safety features were on however the car did not stop when the other car turned into front of me causing total damage, broken thumb and torn ligament in my right hand.

The contact owns a 2024 Honda Accord. The contact stated that occasionally while up an incline or descending downhill, the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that the fuel was making an abnormal gushing sound. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer for a routine oil change and was repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V763000 (Fuel System, Gasoline). The dealer informed the contact that there were no leaks located; however, the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was contacted but no additional assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 16,174.

STEERING
My accord has an EPS gearbox recall. Causing problems with steering. The issue has been confirmed by Honda dealership. I’ve researched the issue, it could cause the vehicle to lose steering control and crash. I started hearing a loud springy/scraping noise about a week and a half ago. I took my vehicle to Pat Peck Honda (Gulfport, MS) the next day. Today I was at the dealership for 5 hours, they claimed they fixed the issue. After leaving, my car is making the same noise. Worried for the safety of myself and my child. The dealership stated they cannot give me a loaner, yet they have not fixed the issue.

FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM
On March 4, I took my car in for the high pressure fuel pump recall and was under the impression that it was replaced. On May 7 my car caught on fire two minutes after exiting the vehicle. It was confirmed by a fire inspector that it was the high-pressure fuel pump that caused the fire. There was no warning lights or anything to give warning that the vehicle was malfunctioning. I feel I was put at risk because if I would have had to stop at a stoplight, the car would’ve caught on fire with me in it. I also drive my grandchildren around with me a lot of the time, but on this date, I had no children with me. Honda has not responded or assigned a case manager to the incident and it’s been two weeks.

SEAT BELTS
Unknown. I believe the seat belts in my car do not provide the restraint necessary for my safety. Toke car to Dealer, who provided a vague explanation in an effort to convince me that there is a special way of pulling the seat belt all the way out and wait until they click to ensure they engage. The vehicle manual doesn't state this requirement. Honda corporate would only advise me to take the car to another dealer or request the dealer i bought the car do a Diagnostic test. The dealer general requests that I request this service by text. I have requested the service to which there has been no answer,
