Getting error P2602 Low Voltage Coolant Pump. No visible sings of failure or damage to the pump or wiring. Tested power, ground, and signal and found them all to be ok. Vehicle has 133,000 miles. Engine is not running hot at all. Very cool to the touch, error P2602 causes car to go into limp mode and can not drive past 40 mph. Issue could be from Pump recalls from other honda models that used the same pump that is in the 2015 Honda Hybrids. Honda did not include 2015 Honda Hybrid in the recall when they should have, because its the same pump that was recalled in other hondas. Took the car to dealer in Auburn, WA, Hinshaw's Honda. Please get report from them. To get a second opinion took car to an independent Honda repair. Again same issue, stating pump replacement.

The audio unit on my 2107 Honda Accord will (seemingly) randomly produce loud, increasing static noise from the speakers that last from 5-10 minutes. There is no way to stop the noise other than to pull over and turn off the car. While that noise is happening nothing else can be heard, other traffic and especially emergency vehicles. This has not been confirmed by a dealer yet or inspected by anyone. (Many online forums bear witness to this problem) No warning lights appeared on the vehicle.

The issue I have been having since i bought the car has been a wobble/vibration from the front end. took the vehicle in to planet honda rt22 in union nj, where they told me my factory rims where bent which was false. i ended up selling my factory rims and buying a pair that i liked same size as factory. i put new wheels and tires on same problem. i then went back to the dealer ship for a second time told me they heard the bearings and proceeded to replace them as i approved the work. received vehicle drover for a couple days same issue went back for a third time and the technician stated my rims are bent again. i then became very upset as to if the tech knew how to diagnose a vehicle correctly. took car back drove it for almost a year with the vibration and wobble got car aligned several ties since the car started drifting and pulling both ways. went and took vehicle in to my personal mechanic where he showed me the front wheel bearings and intermediate shaft and bearing are bad. went back to honda on [XXX] with repeat concern with the same issue. took the dealership 5 hours to assign my vehicle to a tech that has no clue on how to inspect a vehicle bad for business. so dealership got back to me and stated that since vehicle was lowered they where not going to replace or fix the issues that are present i bought the vehicle used certified from them at 23k miles and have been having this issue since vehicle was purchased. i drive my wife and my 3 year old daughter in this car and with a car that has no control or stability and puts my family at risk just because they dont want to do a warranty job. i do have proof of bearings being replaced so they say also have proof of head gasket failure injector failure high pressure pump failure in tank pump failure. just have no way to upload. Multiple Lights on Dashboard: ABS, EPS, Parking Brake, VSA, TPMS. Lights were intermittent at first, then became permanent. Car still runs and drives fine but ABS and Traction Control do not function. Local Mechanic scanned for codes and found the following: 121-11 VSA Solenoid Valve Malfunction 81-20 Central Processing Unit internal circuit malfunction 85-01 VSA system malfunction Local Mechanic has seen this before and recommended replacement of the VSA Modulator Valve assembly (Part number 04571-T2F-L01). Repair has not been completed. Transmission died (CVT belt Broke) at around 195,000 miles and about 6 months after VSA system issue started. Unsure if the problems were related. Car now has a new Transmission.

2024 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. The moon roof exploded as I was driving about 40 miles per hour on a 107-degree afternoon. The moon roof was puffed out from the explosion. Sounded like a shotgun going off. Android Auto inquired if there was a collision to report - due to the concussion from the explosion.

I was pulling out of a parking lot when suddenly the car reported a problem with the braking system along with a number of other warnings. I lost all acceleration as I entered an intersection. I power cycled the car a couple of times before it returned to normal, and I was able to continue driving.

While driving, the Electric Power Steering system stopped working and the EPS warning light came on. I had to forcefully steer the car to the shoulder with great difficulty and shut the car off. I sat on the shoulder for approximately 10 minutes, restarted the car, noted the steering appeared to be functioning properly and began to continue home only to have the same issue again within 2 minutes of pulling away from the shoulder of the road. I managed to forcibly steer the car back onto the shoulder of the road and called for a tow truck to take it to a shop and the family home. The ship advised there was no fault code found with their system tools and that the issue may be with the electronics on the car needing to be reviewed/updated/replaced by Honda. It is my understanding this is not an isolated incident and could have resulted in a major crash had I not utilized my training as a police officer and accident reconstruction s[pecialist with the PD to recognize the issue and manage to keep the car safely in control until safely stopped.

My collision mitigation braking system is automatically braking on me with nothing in front of me going high rated speeds on the interstate. I have chronic migraines and neck issues that also have been being treated on a very consistent basis. I brought it in numerous times. I have appointment documents from dealership stating these issues, with no solution. Today it happened again severely and it was harsher than normal, scaring my 3 kids. I have had enough. Winter is coming and I am not gonna challenge black ice again. I have ongoing medical conditions being treated due to the repetitive whiplash.

Car started not wanting to accelerate and all of the dash lights came on, thankfully it was on a rural road and not the freeway. My 20 year old daughter was driving and was so startled by what was happening the she almost went into a ditch getting to the side of the road. Hooked it up to a code machine and it said that it was misfiring so we replaced spark plugs and coils. This happened in July of this year (2024). We took it in for both of the recalls, it was a software update and a fuel pump mount replacement. In between changing plugs and coils and doing the recalls the engine started slightly shaking. The engine shaking was listed as a symptom of the bad fuel pump mount so we thought the fix for the recall would take care of the problem. We got it back after the fuel pump mount recall and it ran great for about 2 weeks. And then the shaking came back. We took it to our local Honda dealership and it turns out that it had blown head gaskets. This is a 2018 Honda Accord that has had all of its oil changes. So it seems to me that something is wrong with some components of the engine. Other than all of the indicator lights coming on the one time we never had and check engine lights come on and the car never overheated or if it did the gages never relayed this information. My 2014 Honda has been have 2 major issues over the life of the vehicle. 1. VTC Actuator - prior to the oil indicator light coming on and the time to change the oil, my car screams out a loud consistent noise. I have reported this concern to Team Honda in Baton Rouge on numerous occasions. The most recent repost was on [XXX]. I am concerned my engine will fail or explode. 2. Tires Light Indicator (See Pictures) My tires were check on [XXX] and I spent almost $300 on a new tire. The same light which were on on that day came back on. All 4 of my tires were checked out and 3 out of 4 of them were in good condition. This has also been an ongoing issue. The tire light random come on, then the other 5 (all related) flashed an the dashboard. My first time experiencing this was less than a month after getting my vehicle but the tires was still covered under warranty at that time. By these lights coming on during non-emergencies, the consumer can not identify when the vehicle actually needed to be serviced. Both has been ongoing and reported for years and fed up with these issues. I am surprised they have not issued a recall yet! Thanks for reading this and I look forward to hearing from a Honda representative very soon. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
