SummarySome 2023-2025 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a crank/no start with multiple warning indicators and diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U0100 stored in the audio front control module (ACM), gear shift module (GSM), image processing module A (IPMA), power steering control module (PSCM) and instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may be due to an incorrectly tightened ground 104 (G104). Inspect G104 for proper connection, locating tab insertion, and tighten to 8.9 lb-ft (12 Nm). If the condition remains after tightening G104, reference the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-06 outside of this article. For claiming, use causal part 12A581 and labor operations 12650D and 12650D45WR.

SummarySome 2021-2025 F-150 vehicles built on or before 30-Apr-2025 equipped with the 9.75" rear axle (minor feature code EGPAF) may exhibit a drive pinion seal leak. To confirm a vehicle is built with a minor feature code EGPAF, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number in the upper left-hand corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). This may be due to the rear axle drive pinion seal. To correct this condition, replace the rear axle drive pinion seal with revised part number NL3Z-4676-A. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 205-02. For claiming, use causal part number 4676 and labor operation 4676A.

SummarySome 2024-2025 Mustang Mach-E/F-150/F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with 360 degree camera may exhibit a distorted or blurry 360 degree camera image in the center display screen but the rear view camera image is operating correctly. To restore the 360 degree camera image, download and run the "IPMA - Reset the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Calibration Data" application using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. Then download and run the "IPMA - 360 Degree View Camera Alignment" application. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a software solution for this condition that is expected by the end of 2025. Replacement or reprogramming of the IPMA will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.

SummaryThis article supersedes TSB 24-2253 to update the labor times associated with the Service Procedure from M-time to AP-time and add a limit. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model Statement above, may exhibit a condition where the SelectShift®/SelectShift transmission will downshift to a lower gear when in drive (D) and shifting to a higher gear will be unavailable in the IPC. Downshifting may continue, when safe entry conditions are met for each gear, and the IPC display will show the available gears counting down one by one as the vehicles' speed and engine rpm decreases. This may be due to a chafed wire harness in the SelectShift® +/- circuit.

SummarySome 2024-2025 F-150 vehicles may exhibit poor air conditioning (A/C) cooling performance due to a low refrigerant charge level. This may be due to a leak in the A/C system. All vehicles are verified as filled with refrigerant at the plant and the A/C refrigerant system contains dye from the plant to help identify the source of leaks. Prior to any A/C compressor replacement or simply recharging the A/C system, the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 412-00 > Diagnosis and Testing > Refrigerant Leak Detection has been updated to provide diagnostics for A/C leaks at all connection points.
