SummarySome 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with one-touch up/down front windows may exhibit a window not responding to one-touch controls, does not open all the way and/or bounces back when using the one-touch close function. This may be due to a calibration parameter in the driver door module (DDM) and/or passenger door module (PDM). To correct the condition, reprogram the DDM and PDM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If the symptom remains, refer to WSM, Section 501-11 for normal diagnostics outside of this article. For claiming, use causal part number 14B291 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4 of the Service Labor Times Standard (SLTS) Manual.

SummarySome 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with power folding mirrors built on or before 29-Apr-2025 may no longer have the ability to deactivate the auto-fold mirror operation from the menu located in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) message center. This may be due to the software in the driver door module (DDM) and passenger door module (PDM). Power folding mirror operation from the physical buttons are not affected by this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in Q4 2026. Replacement or reprogramming of the accessory protocol interface module (APIM), DDM, or PDM will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.

The vehicle may also exhibit a clicking noise from the trailer module (TRM) while the vehicle is off. This may be due to software in the TRM.<br /><br /> Verify the TRM software part number in the vehicle using Ford diagnosis and repair system (FDRS) to be PC3T-19J297-BF, PC3T-19J297-FF, ML3T-19J297-CD or ML3T-19J297-GD. To confirm a vehicle is equipped with a certain software level, review the software information by hovering over the "Diagnostics" tab in Professional Technician System (PTS) and selecting "Vehicle Software". If one of the listed software part numbers is present, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the TRM. For vehicles with any other software part number in the TRM, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-01 to continue with normal diagnostics outside of this article. For claiming use causal part 19H332 and labor operation 2006D and 2006D45 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Man

SummarySome 2024-2026 Nautilus, 2025-2026 Explorer/Aviator and 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit a concern where during an inbound phone call using CarPlay®, the person in the vehicle cannot be heard. This may be due to the software in the accessory protocol interface module (APIM). Replacement or reprogramming of the APIM will not resolve this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a software solution for this condition and will be released via a software update delivered over-the-air (OTA) expected by April 2026. The software will update automatically if vehicle connectivity is enabled in the vehicle settings. Schedule a service visit for customers who have disabled vehicle connectivity or who report that they did not receive the update by May 2026. SummaryThis bulletin supersedes TSB 25-2474 for 3 Part List corrections. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit at least one of the following conditions: * Harsh engagement * Delayed engagement * Harsh shift * Delayed shift * Illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0751, P0752, P0756, P0757, P0761, P0762, P0766, P0767, P0771, P0772, P2700, P2701, P2702, P2703, P2704, P2705, P2707, P2708, P0729, P0731, P0732, P0733, P0734, P0735, P0736, P076F, P07D9, P07F6 and/or P07F7 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) or transmission control module (TCM). This may be due to PCM software and/or axial movement of the CDF clutch cylinder (7H351) sleeve causing hydraulic circuit leaks. NOTE: If internal transmission service is required to address a concern detected with the CDF clutch cylinder following this article, technicians should carefully inspect and replace other transmission components and flush transmission fluid cooler only as necessary to confirm proper function. Add a new line to the repair order to document any additional repairs

SummarySome 2022-2024 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with minor feature codes DBCBB or DBCBC may exhibit various driver assistance feature warning messages displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). Additionally, some modules may store diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) related to invalid data or lost communication. This condition may be due to the software in the image processing module A (IPMA), disrupting network communication. If the IPMA is currently failing to communicate, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Recovery" app in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. Select and run the IPMA Recovery Flash Erase option from the apps menu. If the driver assistance warnings and/or symptoms are intermittent, and possibly not failing during the dealership visit, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Recovery" app in the FDRS scan tool. Select and run the GWM Ethernet Update option from the apps menu. If IPMA communication had to be restored using the Recovery App, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module (IPMA) Alignm

SummarySome 2025-2026 Expedition vehicles may exhibit a left turn signal that activates after the right turn signal is activated and the steering wheel is turned to the right, then immediately back to the left (past the center position). The left turn signal will deactivate once the steering wheel returns to center. This may be due to the multifunction switch. Replacing components will not resolve this issue. Inform the customer that Ford is aware of the concern and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected to be announced by March 2026. This concern does not affect vehicle durability and the customer can continue to drive the vehicle. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule a service appointment for the customer once the repair becomes available.
