This may be due to the wastegate actuator rod being disconnected. Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-04 Fuel Charging and Controls > Turbocharger has been added to address this condition to allow servicing of the turbocharger actuator rod. In addition, the wastegate actuator rod and associated retention springs and clips have been released as lower level components to complete the repair without replacing the entire turbocharger actuator assembly.

This may be due to the 2nd row seat losing its learned position or the floor latches accidentally cinching while the seat is in easy entry position.<br /><br /> To correct the condition on Navigator vehicles equipped with second row multi-contour seats (minor feature code BYBAL) pull the manual pull strap located on the lower portion of the seat back and allow the seat to pitch up into the easy-entry position. Then, press the return pitch button located on the side of the seat backrest. If normal power easy entry operation is not restored, manually force the seat into the fully down and cinched position. SummarySome 2022-2024 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with driver assistance features and minor feature codes DBCBB and DBCBC may exhibit driver assistance feature warning messages displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). Additionally, some modules may store invalid data/lost communication related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). The image processing module A (IPMA) should not store these DTCs. This condition may be due to the software in the IPMA, causing it to not communicate on the network. Whether the issue is intermittent or the IPMA is currently failing to communicate, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Recovery" app in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If IPMA communication had to be restored using the Recovery App, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module (IPMA) Alignment" app, recheck DTCs and confirm that all warning messages are cleared from the IPC.<br /><br /> If these steps correct the condition, release the vehicle back to the customer. This may be due to tire flat-spotting. Dealers should refer to Pinpoint Test G located in the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 204-04A, for help with diagnosing this condition. If Pinpoint Test results conclude that any tires require replacement, replace all four tires on the vehicle with the new factory tire design. The new factory tire design can be identified as Goodyear part number 102224387 / Department of Transportation (DOT) alphanumeric code 1M69B JA3R (this can be found on the tire's sidewall). If the vehicle is already equipped with the new tire design, only replace individual tires as needed. Summary2025 Expedition (Active/Tremor/Platinum)/Navigator vehicles have a feature which allows the key fob splitgate button to open only the liftgate when pressed. Some vehicles may exhibit both the liftgate and tailgate opening (following a key fob button press) after the vehicle has been off for a minimum of 5 minutes regardless of feature setting. The system will work correctly when the vehicle has not been asleep for longer than 5 minutes or if the vehicle is powered on. This may be due to the software in the rear gate trunk module (RGTM) and accessory protocol interface module (APIM). Replacing components will not resolve this issue. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition and will be released via a software update delivered over-the-air (OTA) expected by the end of Q1 2026. The software will update automatically if vehicle connectivity is enabled in the vehicle settings. Schedule a service visit for customers who have disabled vehicle connectivity or who report that they did not receive the update by April 2026. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS)

To confirm a vehicle is equipped with a certain software level, review the software information by hovering over the "Diagnostics" tab in Professional Technician System (PTS) and selecting "Vehicle Software". If one of the listed software part numbers is present, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the TRM. SummarySome 2020-2025 various Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with blind spot information system (BLIS) may experience an inoperative blind spot monitoring with a "Blind Spot System Fault" message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may also be accompanied by diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B118C:11 and/or B118C:15 stored in the driver door module (DDM), and/or B118D:11 and/or B118D:15 stored in the passenger door module (PDM). This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern.

SummarySome 2025 Expedition and Navigator vehicles may experience a power tailgate not power opening and/or closing with a liftgate/tailgate ajar light on and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B1457:29, B1459:29, B17CB:11, B17CB:29, B15E9:11 and/or B15E9:29 stored in the rear gate trunk module (RGTM). If these DTCs have been set in the RGTM, the power tailgate will not open or close when commanded. This may be due to misadjusted tailgate latch(s) preventing the RGTM from receiving input from the latches that the tailgate is latched. To correct this condition, perform the tailgate latch adjustment procedure in the Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 501-03, Steps 12 through 23. Once the adjustment procedure is performed, clear DTCs and retest.
