SummarySome 2025 Bronco and Ranger vehicles may exhibit various illuminated brake system warning lamps/fault messages at start up with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) C003A:4A, C003A:64, C0037:4A, C0037:64, C2005:1D, C2005:78, C2006:1D, and/or C2006:78 stored in the antilock brake system (ABS) module. To correct this condition, clear the DTCs, turn the ignition off and then back on, engage and disengage the park brake and then run a self-test. If any DTCs return, refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM) for normal diagnosis. If the DTCs clear, this concern may be due to the ABS software and replacement of the ABS module or wheel speed sensors will not resolve this condition. Inform the customers they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in Q3 of 2025. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.

SummarySome 2025 F-150/Expedition/Navigator/Bronco/Ranger vehicles may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U3012:68 stored in the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module with a soft brake pedal following vehicle start-up with various brake system illuminated warning lamps and/or brake-related messages displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may be due to a controller area network (CAN) communication concern within the ABS module. Replacement of the ABS module will not resolve this condition. To resolve this condition, place the vehicle in park. Disengage the park brake. Turn the vehicle off. Close all doors and liftgate/tailgate. Allow the vehicle to sit for 5 minutes to allow all vehicle modules to power down. Restart the vehicle. Verify brake functionality and clear any DTCs. Pressing unlock/lock button on the key fob, opening the doors/liftgate/tailgate or keeping the key fob within 30 ft (8 meters) of the vehicle can prevent the modules from powering down completely. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition

SummarySome 2024-2025 Bronco vehicles equipped with a dealer installed trailer tow kit may exhibit a "No Key Detected" message displayed in the IPC. This may be due to the remote keyless entry (RKE) antenna connection being left loose or disconnected during trailer tow kit installation. Verify that the vehicle is equipped with the trailer tow kit by checking the window sticker for the trailer tow kit option. If the vehicle was equipped with this dealer installed option, before performing normal diagnostics, inspect the RKE antenna connections located behind the left/rear interior quarter panel. If they are loose or unplugged, re-secure the connector(s) and retest operation. If no loose or unplugged connections are found, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419-01 for normal diagnostics. If this vehicle does not have the dealer installed option, refer to the WSM, Section 419-01 for normal diagnostics.

SummaryDrivers of some 2020-2025 Escape, 2021-2025 Bronco Sport and 2022-2025 Maverick vehicles may report the uncommanded locking of the driver door after the door is closed. This may be due to the driver placing their hand on the interior front door handle and inadvertently pushing the manual door lock toggle into the lock position. If the lock and latching mechanisms are functioning normally, and if there are no related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) or other issues identified, then the system is operating as designed.

SummarySome 2022-2025 Ford or Lincoln vehicles may exhibit DTCs B142E:78, B1432:78, and/or B1433:54 diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) in the CCM. This may be due to non-factory sized tires that may cause inaccurate speedometer readings that can impact the functionality of the CCM. When a vehicle is modified in this manner, replacement or realignment of the CCM may impact the normal operation of the system and/or performance of radar and camera-based features. Repair or replacement of the CCM when a vehicle is equipped with non-factory size tires may not be warrantable and subject to chargeback.
