SummarySome 2025-2026 Bronco vehicles may exhibit various cruise control, pre-collision and/or front stabilizer bar disconnect related warning messages displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U0418:86 stored in the image processing module A (IPMA) and no wheel speed sensor specific DTCs present in the anti-lock brake (ABS) module. DTC U0415:00 may also be stored in the CHCM. If a vehicle exhibits this condition, carefully inspect the rear wheel speed sensors for correct installation with the rear wheel speed sensor body seated flush against the axle housing. Repair or replace the affected rear wheel speed sensor as needed, clear the DTC, and retest. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 206-09. If the condition persists, advise the customer that Engineering is working on a software robustness solution that is expected to be available Q2 2026. <br /><br /> This condition does not affect vehicle durability, and additional diagnosis or service is not recommended at this time. Replacement or reprogramming of the IPMA and/or ABS modules will not resolve this condition.

SummarySome 2025-2026 Bronco, Bronco Sport, F-Super Duty, Maverick, Mustang, Mustang Mach-E, Ranger and Transit vehicles may exhibit a no audio/sound condition. This may be due to the software in the audio control module (ACM). To determine if it is a software concern, disconnect the vehicle's 12-volt battery cables for 10 minutes and reconnect. If the concern is still present, continue with normal diagnostics in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00 Information and Entertainment System > General Information > Diagnosis and Testing and repair as necessary outside of this article. If the no audio/sound concern is resolved, engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected by September 2026. Replacement or reprogramming of the ACM and or audio digital signal processing module (DSP) may not resolve this condition at this time. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. If a customer's vehicle exhibits this concern, submit a Vehicle Concern Report.

SummarySome 2025-2026 Bronco/Expedition/Navigator/F-150/Ranger vehicles may exhibit a "Check Brake System" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) and/or an illuminated anti-lock brake system (ABS) indicator with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) C0563 stored in the ABS module. This may be due to air still trapped in the system after prior bleeding attempts and/or brake service mode being enabled. The applicable pinpoint test (PPT) in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 206-09 has been updated to improve diagnostics for this concern. Make sure the latest software version of Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) is being used when performing the brake system pressure bleeding routine.

SummaryVarious 2020-2026 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with blind spot information system (BLIS) may experience an inoperative blind spot monitoring with a "Blind Spot System Fault" message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may also be accompanied by diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B118C:11 and/or B118C:15 stored in the driver door module (DDM), and/or B118D:11 and/or B118D:15 stored in the passenger door module (PDM). This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern.

SummarySome 2024-2026 Bronco vehicles that have the dealer installed option (DIO)/accessory trailer tow kit installed may exhibit a condition where the trailer module (TRM) is not detected, or a "Procedure Unsuccessful" message is displayed after running a configuration application using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. This may be due to any of the following issues:<br /><br /> -The FDRS scan tool version is not at the latest software level. To correct this condition, run the "Towbar Configuration" application using the latest software version of the FDRS scan tool.<br /><br /> -The "TRM - Trailer Module (TRM) Configuration" application being run instead of the "Towbar Configuration" application. Accessory TRMs are preprogrammed and only the "Towbar Configuration" application should be run to configure the TRM properly for trailer tow capabilities. Too many attempts to program the TRM using the "TRM - Trailer Module (TRM) Configuration" application may result in a faulted TRM.
