SECURITY ALARM SOUNDS AFTER USING MECHANICAL KEY TO UNLOCK DRIVER DOOR SERVICE INFORMATION Applied Vehicles listed above are no longer equipped with a door unlock sensor and/or Body Control Module (BCM) software to provide support for the door unlock sensor. Normal Functionality For Vehicles Built Without Door Unlock Sensor And/Or BCM Software To Support Door Unlock Sensor For Applied Vehicles built after the Applied Dates listed on page 1, using the mechanical key on the driver door will operate differently than vehicles built before the Applied Dates. For these later models, the BCM will not recognize operation of the mechanical key. If a mechanical key is used to lock the driver door: - The security system will not set. If the vehicle is broken into, the alarm will not sound. - Only the driver door will be locked. Other doors will not lock using the mechanical key. If a mechanical key is used to unlock the driver door: - Only the driver door will be unlocked. Other doors will not be unlocked. - If the security system is set, when the door is opened the alarm will sound. NOTE: Using the Unlock button on the Intelligent Key, pushing the request switch on the driver or passenger door with the Intelligent Key in range, or using the Intelligent Key to start the vehicle will silence the alarm. The mechanical key will not operate the power windows.

Radar and/or Advanced Drive Assist System (ADAS) Reprogram ***** Quality Action Summary ***** Nissan is conducting a quality action to reprogram the Laser Radar and Advanced Drive Assist System (ADAS) software the on specific MY2018 Rogue (T32) and MY2018 Rogue Sport (J11) vehicles built in the Kyushu manufacturing plant. These vehicles are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. The software update is designed to help improve the performance of Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) and Intelligent Forward Collision Warning (I-FCW) systems in the affected vehicles. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or National Service History ? Open Campaign I.D. P8327. - New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Use the attached procedure to reprogram the Laser Radar and/or Advanced Drive Assist System (ADAS) control unit software. 3. Engine Coolant Voluntary Service Campaign ***** Campaign Summary***** Nissan is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign to drain and refill the radiator on specific 2017 Nissan Pathfinder (R52) and Rogue (T32) vehicles. Due to an issue at the plant that has since been corrected, the radiator glycol/water coolant concentration mix ratio may be out of specification. Customers may notice poor heating performance as a result. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm I.D. PC652. 2. Dealers are requested to repair any affected vehicles in dealer new or pre-owned inventory to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Dealers should use NTB18-066 to correct any vehicles subject to this campaign. 4. Once repaired, dealers should submit the claim, using the claims coding provided, and release the vehicle.

VOLUNTARY SERVICE CAMPAIGN 2017 ROGUE AND PATHFINDER; ENGINE COOLANT INTRODUCTION Nissan is conducting this voluntary service campaign on certain specific model year 2017 Rogue and Pathfinder vehicles. The engine coolant in the radiator will be drained and refilled. This service will be performed at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Nissan has assigned identification number PC652 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communication and documentation of any nature dealing with this campaign. DEALER RESPONSIBILITY Dealers are to repair vehicles falling within range of this campaign that enter the service department. This includes vehicles purchased from private parties, vehicles presented by transient (tourists) owners, and vehicles in a dealer?s inventory.

Affected vehicles are not subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. Nissan requests dealers to complete this inspection and, if necessary, repair prior to sale to ensure customer satisfaction. *****What Dealers Should Do***** PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles currently in new dealer inventory are affected by this service action using Service Comm I.D. PC651 - New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DCS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2.
