SummaryThis bulletin supersedes the previously issued bulletin(s) listed below. The changes are noted in Red. 01-002/26 01/07/26 DESCRIPTION Some vehicles may exihibit a vibration in the accelerator pedal and steering wheel when accelerating during a sharp left-hand turn. An abnormal noise may also be heard from the footwell area. This may be caused by insufficient clearance between the engine mount stopper rubber and the engine mount bracket. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. NOTE: DO NOT use power tools in this procedure. Use hand tools only. 2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal using the procedure in [NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION]. 3. Remove the engine cover. b. Owner Notification: We are pleased to announce the first phase of Owner Letters will mail on May 29, 2026, to approximately 18,000 owners in campaign CSP14. As stated in our prior communication, we will send subsequent dealer emails with future phased mailings planned throughout Summer 2026. We have also released the Repair Procedure under TSB 04-003/26, the Parts & Warranty information and updated all dealer-facing FAQ documents. ATTENTION ALL DEALERS - Vehicles to be repaired: Due to limited parts supply only the vehicles in this notice can be repaired. To help your Mazda dealer staff identify which vehicles can be repaired we have created an Excel-based VIN look-up tool in Mazda Global Service Support (MGSS) under this campaign. Please enter the VIN in the tool if the customer does not have their parts available letter to confirm the vehicle can be repaired under this CSP. At this time, remaining customers in CSP14 and CSP15 must wait to receive notice that parts are available. Key Benefits of the Customer Service Program-Extended Warranty Coverage for Rear Brake Squeal: Mazda is expanding the standard brake pad coverage from 1-year/12,000 miles to 3-years/36,000 miles to cover repairs related to rear brake squeal. The owner is eligible for a one‑time replacement of redesigned rear brake pads at no cost if the brake squeal symptom matches a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) which will be published prior to sending the Second notification. SummaryThis bulletin supersedes the previously issued bulletin(s) listed below. The changes are noted in Red. 09-031/25 08/05/25 DESCRIPTION While driving on gravel or dusty roads, dust accumulates at the lower inner edge of the door garnish. When the rear door is opened, the dust may be blown up and enter the cabin, adhering to the seats and the floor. This is caused by a large gap at the lower part of the boundary between the rear door and the front door, and air containing dust and/or sand is sucked up into the gap, accumulating at the lower edge of the rear door garnish while driving. To eliminate this concern, a mass production change is under study. NOTE: In environments where passengers frequently enter and exit the vehicle under dusty conditions (e.g. dirt or gravel roads, off-road driving), a certain amount of dust will enter into the cabin, even in other types of vehicles. Therefore, this phenomenon is not limited to the causes described in this document. Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure. NOTE: This repair procedure is an interim countermeasure. After a mass production change is implemented, the repair procedure will be updated. Attach the protectors (urethane pads, deflectors and protectors) to both sides of the designated locations according to the following steps.

SummaryThis service alert supersedes the previously issued service alert listed below. The changes are noted in Red text. SA-047/25 10/07/25 DESCRIPTION When the Telematics Control Unit (TCU) replacement is necessary due to a failure, use MDARS to activate the new TCU after replacement. Use the information in this service alert to initialize the new TCU until the procedure on MGSS is updated. CAUTION: DO NOT swap TCU with another vehicle as the TCU is VIN locked after activation. A TCU swap with another vehicle will disable Connected Services on both vehicles. • If TCU activation is not performed, connected vehicle functions will not operate. This will have a negative impact on the customer because they will need to return to the dealer for repairs. • If the Telematics Control Unit (TCU) replacement is necessary, check "Vehicle Communication Line Status Reference" status detail first. The TCU can only be replaced under the following "Status Detail" conditions: Open Completed (OK) ○ Closed Completed (OK) ○ ○ If the TCU is replaced under the following "Status Detail" conditions, the customer may not be able to enroll into the replacement TCU. Processing (NG) ○ Request Failed (NG) ○ Open Failed (NG) ○ Flag Setting Failed TCU Activation 1. Install the new TCU.

SummarySome customers may complain that an abnormal noise is heard from the front suspension when driving on rough road surfaces or when passing over speed bumps. This is caused by insufficient heat resistance of the bushing material under specific operating conditions, resulting in cracking and fluid leakage in the front lower arm bushing. To eliminate this concern: The bushing material has been changed to a heat-resistant material. The bushing shape has been modified to reduce deformation. The damping characteristics of the front lower arm bushing have been modified. REPAIR PROCEDURE If noise is detected, replace the front lower arm (rear side) according to the instructions in MGSS.
