The instrument cluster no longer displays any information, it is blank. My safety is at risk as I can not see how much gas I have, mileage, oil pressure or any other warnings that are used by the display. Prior to going completely blank intermittently it would show a greenish color. Other Jeep Wranglers have had this problem, but my VIN was not part of the recall.

Instrument cluster has gone blank. Unable to see digital speedometer, fuel level, engine temperature, current gear, 4WD status, and other items. Dealership said it was not part of recall 24V652000, they stated the only outstanding recall for this vehicle was 25V741000. Vehicle is scheduled to go in for that recall and further diagnosis of the instrument cluster issue.

Following 2nd battery recall, acceleration, especially with the electric on, is sluggish and then suddenly electric fails and gas engine kicks in with a lurch. Electric no longer has the power it did prior to the recall and this provides uncertain acceleration for entering freeway from onramps or during other periods of needed acceleration.

While driving higher speeds (45 mph+) I have had my vehicle start shaking very violently which results in me having to slam on my breaks to gain control of my vehicle. When this happens I have been traveling on the highway or interstate which puts other drivers at risk due to me unexpectedly having to come to a halt to gain control of my vehicle. I have taken my vehicle to the mechanic multiple times (dealership twice and local mechanic twice) and I have had everything replaced on the front end that could cause this and it is still happening. Steering dampener has been replaced twice in a year. Mechanic seems to believe that there is a design flaw in the vehicle that is causing it at this point. There is no warning message or anything that gives me any warning. I am scared to drive my vehicle on the highway or interstate.

The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V710000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) and 25V766000 (ENGINE). The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle jerked abnormally. The contact stated that on a separate occasion, the infotainment screen displayed a black screen. Additionally, the rearview camera displayed a black screen while the vehicle was in reverse(R). The failure obstructed the driver's visibility, which prevented the driver from safely operating the vehicle. The local dealer was contacted and informed that parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 28,378.

On July 3rd I was driving on the highway, and the Jeep went into limp mode. When it ran out of the electric charge, it didn’t switch over to the gas engine and became un-drivable. I brought it to a Jeep service center and they kept it until July 7th. They were not able to figure out why that happened, but obviously it is part of the recall.

my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe High Altitude and a serious safety concern related to the ongoing battery fire recall associated with this vehicle. I have leased this vehicle since new and it currently has only approximately 8,200 miles. The vehicle is in excellent, like-new condition and has been very carefully maintained. However, due to the fire safety concerns related to the hybrid battery system, I no longer feel safe driving or even parking this vehicle near my home or garage. Because of these concerns, I have intentionally limited my use of the vehicle, which is reflected in the extremely low mileage. I currently lease the vehicle through Stellantis Financial Services and have approximately 12 payments remaining. When I contacted them regarding my safety concerns, I was directed to Jeep Customer Care for assistance. Given the nature of the safety recall and the fact that the vehicle is essentially new, I am respectfully requesting that Jeep review my situation for possible customer assistance. I would greatly appreciate information on whether any of the following options may be available: • Lease termination assistance • Vehicle replacement or exchange • Manufacturer buyback or repurchase review • Any other recall-related customer relief programs

Pulled into parking space. Applied brakes and came to a complete stop. Could hear engine revving up.. Thought ok, that gas pedal seem to be pressed. Look at my foot wasn’t pressing the pedal. Looked at floor mats. It was laying flat on floor, not manipulating the pedal. I thought what’s happening? And lifted foot off brake ever so slightly and car jumped 6 inch high curb and hit the building.. Pretty hard. Caused structural damage to the wall. I went to the hospital, driven by husband. Swelling of my right leg on the shin. Released and told to stay off leg for few days, no fractures. After doing research, It seems other jeep riders have had this experience. I have no idea how fast the jeep was going.

I own a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe (VIN [XXX]) that is subject to a federally mandated safety recall involving the high-voltage battery system. I attempted to have the recall performed by an authorized Jeep/Stellantis dealership, Carson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Carson City, Nevada. During communications with the dealership’s Service Manager, I was informed that the dealership would not perform the recall unless I signed dealership-specific authorization documents and agreed to their internal policies. The dealership further stated that if their evaluation determined the hybrid battery required replacement, they would retain (“quarantine”) the vehicle for an extended period and would not provide alternative transportation beyond a limited initial period, requiring me to pay for a rental thereafter. I objected to being required to pay transportation costs caused by a manufacturer safety recall and to signing waivers as a condition of recall service. I made clear that I was requesting that the recall be performed. The dealership then refused further service and removed me as a customer, stating that because I would not agree to their conditions they would not perform the recall and recommending I find another dealer. I subsequently sent written notice to Stellantis / Jeep corporate headquarters explaining the situation and requesting assistance to complete the recall. Stellantis did not respond to either of my written notices. As a result, my vehicle remains subject to an unresolved safety recall despite my good-faith efforts to have the recall performed by an authorized dealer. The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the instrument panel became inoperable. The contact was unable to view the odometer, fuel level, or speedometer. The warning lights were inoperable. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V652000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); as a possible cause for the failure, however the VIN was not included in the recall. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 67,000.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a safety concern with my Jeep following the completion of Recall 68C. Since the recall service was performed, the vehicle has experienced significant issues when operating in hybrid mode. While driving in hybrid mode, the vehicle repeatedly switches back and forth between hybrid and electric operation. When the vehicle enters electric mode, the RPMs will suddenly spike and the vehicle will call for the gasoline engine. When the accelerator pedal is pressed, the vehicle is unable to maintain electric power and immediately switches into gasoline mode. This behavior results in constant drivetrain shifting and erratic engine speed changes. The RPMs frequently jump from 0 RPM (electric operation) to approximately 3,000 RPM when the gasoline engine abruptly engages. The repeated transitions between electric and gasoline power create noticeable hesitation, jerking, and inconsistent acceleration. This issue began only after the Recall 68C service was completed and was not present beforehand. The repeated switching between propulsion modes appears abnormal and may pose a safety concern, particularly during acceleration or when merging into traffic where predictable vehicle response is critical. I am submitting this report so that this issue can be documented and investigated to determine whether the recall repair may have introduced or failed to correct a problem within the hybrid drivetrain system. 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4XE Unlimited

Issue type: 1.) Electrical system / hybrid battery 2.) Safety recall with no remedy My 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe currently has open safety recalls (78C and A7C) with no available remedy. These recalls have been open for several months. I have been advised that the vehicle may pose a safety risk, yet I am continuing to make lease payments and rely on the vehicle for transportation. The manufacturer has not provided a repair timeline or resolution. I do not feel safe operating the vehicle and am seeking assistance because the defect cannot currently be repaired.

We took the car in for the death shake and were informed there was a recall on the Jeep (25V741000). The dealership performed the maintenance work. The 12V battery was also inspected and listed as good. Since the repair, the 12V battery has shorted multiple times and finally ceased running yesterday. It has been two weeks since the dealership recall repair. While the recall specifically impacted the HV battery, the 12V is interconnected and the liklihood of that battery being impacted is high. The safety impact is the car temporarily not being able to gain power after stopping at red lights and the battery draining when stopped or turned off. The check engine light appears every time.

See attached document for complaint. I want to love my Jeep. However I cannot. How is it that Stellantis corporation and Jeep are allowed by the applicable government agencies to not be responsible to 2024 JEEP 4xe customers for the current safety and depreciation concerns for their 4xe vehicles? The recent email offering a $100 gift card was extremely insulting. My reasons for purchasing Jeep: • Typical resale value of Jeep has been great. o History shows typical depreciation is 30% over 5 years. o My 2024 Jeep has realized 55% depreciation in one model year due to the problems and recalls. o My 2024 4xe has lost value from $62,802 to $28,000 (Kelly Blue Book) in one model year if you can find someone to buy it with the three pending recalls and no fix. • Advertised gas mileage o The window sticker indicates 49 mpg when charged. • The reality is that the highest gas mileage I have seen for the Jeep, even when fully charged, is 21.6 mpg. • Local dealer with a good history of service o Dealer cannot help because they do not have instructions or direction from Stellantis on how to manage the 4xe problems. o Service manager said a 3-week wait for rental. • Pride of ownership. o Jeep owners have a bond and tend to take pride in their JEEP. • It is not safe to park my new Jeep in my garage. • How can I protect it if It must stay outside in the elements. • Safety o Jeeps tend to be safe. However, this Jeep is not. • Battery fires- this has been a safety issue since 27 Sep 2024. • Engine casting problems that can cause catastrophic failure • Pushed software download with errors that caused my Jeep to shut off when driving without warning. • Since pushed download the radio cuts in and out. 3 My questions • Why is the NHFTSA and FTC allowing Stellantis to keep these unsafe vehicles on the road without action, besides announced recalls without a solution? • How does the EPA allow and justify the mileage shown on the window sticker that is not even close to a reality? • Where is the justice to Jeep owners for lack of safet

The ABS module that controls the antilock braking system is defective for mine and many other Jeeps from 2013-2017. Jeep is no longer manufacturing this part, and essentially this renders the vehicle undriveable. I have sought modules both locally and online, and the experts are telling me that Jeep has not made this part in years. When driving with the bad ABS module while trying to search for the new part, my Jeep shut down on the highway twice, and I was forced to pull over the side of the road. This was extremely dangerous. And Jeep is providing no solutions for owners.
