The contact stated that while driving 15-20 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed and the brakes failed to respond as needed, causing the vehicle to crash into a residence. The contact shifted into reverse(R), and the vehicle crashed into a porta-potty at a construction site. The vehicle shifted into park and stopped. The contact stated that the Driver Assist feature was operational during the failure. The contact sustained bruising and soreness to the right side of the body. The vehicle experiences a notched (hitching), sticky resistance at dead-center when driving over 55 MPH. It requires noticeable physical effort to break past the sticking point to both the left and right, causing jerky micro-corrections. Please check for any available reprograms or flashes for the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM), and check the electronic torque sensor calibration or replacement of steering rack and pinion. This is a safety issue.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The battery repeatedly discharged and became flat when the vehicle was left unused for several days. This has occurred 4 times to date December 14th 2023 November 12th 2024 December 17th 2025 March 23rd 2026 Each time Buick replaces the battery, they blame something else. They did send an engineer to review it on April 22nd, 2026, and he confirmed that everything was fine. I unfortunately have no confidence that is the case. There is no warning; the vehicle will be left for three days or more without being turned on, and the vehicle will be dead. The vehicle is also experiencing issues with power going out on the dashboard intermittently.

My 2022 Buick Envision is experiencing sudden engine stalling while driving and intermittent failure to start. This creates an immediate safety hazard as the vehicle loses power unexpectedly in traffic. This vehicle matches the exact year, model, and defect described in GM EMISSION RECALL N25216900(Fuel Pump Power Control Module). However GM corporate is refusing to cover the repair under the recall because they claim my VIN is not yet active in their ‘phased launch’ system. The vehicle is dangerous to drive and currently has only 32699 miles. I had on-star to do a diagnostic and they gave me 2 critical red error codes…P102B and P129F

After coming to a stop, I then put onto another road and several warning lights chimes came on in my car, including brake system failure. This is the second time this has happened in less than two weeks. A dealership said they fix the problem and then it did it again today I was traveling on a road with several other vehicles. Due to the braking issue, it took me a longer distance than should’ve taken to get my vehicle to come to a complete stop. My speed limit is limited in my car, which could also cause a danger due to the roads that I travel frequently.

The contact inspected the vehicle and became aware that the oil level was two quarts low and the oil level was topped off. The failure was a persistent issue. The dealer was contacted by phone and made aware of the failure. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The contact was informed that the oil level was two quarts low and oil was added. The contact was informed that an oil consumption test was needed. The vehicle was later diagnosed with possible internal engine failure. The contact was informed that the engine needed to be repaired or replaced. The contact was informed that the dealer was awaiting the approval from the manufacturer. The manufacturer was contacted by phone and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 57,000.

I was going to work in the morning. I went to stop at the redlight right at my work but my brakes were very firm and wouldnt push down. My service brake warning came up on my dash and service engine light came on. I had to practically stand up and press as hard as I could to get it to slow down enough to not rear end the person in front of me. I thank God I wasnt going very fast and thankfully the light was turning green at the same time so I just slowly rolled thru and pulled it into my work parking lot. I had to call a mechanic, When he looked under the hood first thing he saw was oil dripping very fast out of my engine out of the side of the mechanical vacuum pump. They towed it to car dealer garage and I had to have it fixed. It was the camshaft-driven mechanical brake vacuum pump failed while I was driving it. It resulted in a sudden and complete loss of any braking assist and my brake pedal was hard as a rock like you couldnt get it to barely move. I had this replaced.

At 1,578 miles, my 2025 Buick Envision would not start in my garage and had to be towed to the dealer. The check-engine light was on. The dealer tore down the engine and found a spun No. 1 main bearing. GM replaced the complete engine under warranty. The vehicle remained at the dealership from November 10, 2025, through January 6, 2026, totaling 57 days. A similar engine failure while driving could cause an unexpected loss of power. I do not have the failed engine; its current location is unknown.

Towed it to dealer, been there for a week now, many modules had to be replaced including the Three times they said it's fixed, three times they called back to say it's not.

The master brake cylinder failed. not once but twice. It is available for inspection at the dealership currently. I lost the ability to be able to stop my car and use my brakes. Luckily I did not hit anyone elses car as I had to pull off the freeway. This is a major safety and liability concern. Yes, the problem has been confirmed by the dealer. The vehicle has not yet been inspected by a GM engineer yet for the 2nd time it happend. No, the only watning signs that came on was when the failure was occuring.

AIR BAGS
I purchased this vehicle on [XXX]. Dealership was: PM AUTO GALLERY, LLC. This vehicle had a salvaged title due to an accident several months earlier. Pablo Mazlumian is the proprietor & owner. He did disclose that this Buick Envision was salvaged, yet in good working order. He recommended getting the vehicle inspected from a independent shop prior to purchase. This was completed by CHRISTIAN BROTHERS also located in KS. There were no apparent issues found by this inspection, nor were there any disclosed issues made by Pablo. Pablo did highly recommend that I purchase a fully extended warranty through a company that he was associated with. A warrty was purchased. This vehicle was then purchased in "Good Faith", believing there no issues associated with this vehicle. In late June 2026, an idiot light on the dashboard started flashing. I contacted Pablo, who suggested calling the extended warranty company. In early July 2026, this same extended warranty company was notified. I was told to take the vehicle into any shop with a certified mechanic to complete a diagnostic testing. This cost ($140) was an out-of-pocket expense. It was determined that there was an issue with the airbag. I was told by the warranty company that it was not covered because they deemed it as a "pre-existing issue". My local Buick dealership was then contacted, where the airbag part number on this part was not designed for this Buick & could create issues, including possible fatalities. Pablo was made aware of this issue. Pablo stated that since the airbag was apparently not correct, he would accept reimbursing me for a 3rd party airbag, if I would agree in returning the current airbag back to him to use on another possible vehicle. This concerned me because of 1) Counterfeit 3rd party airbags & 2) The very strict compliance regulations in returning HAZMAT airbags that Pablo was ignoring. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
On XXX we were in the acceleration lane on XXX, merging onto the highway. When we engaged the cruise control the car rapidly accelerated up to 97 mph. We were unable to get car to slow down, or disengage the cruise for approximately 1 minute. The care ran for 97 mph for the minute or so this happened. Husband was driving and he did all we knew to do to disengage the cruise and get the car slowed down. After approximately 1 minute the car started to slow down. We immediately took the car to Kelly Chevrolet in [XXX]. We were told that General Motors usually doesn't do anything to help the consumer unless there have been 4 reported cases. (This happened one other time about 2 weeks prior, but we thought it was a fluke and didn't report it.) We had this car for 1 1/2 years with 22,000 miles. The warranty would repair, but I refused to drive it again, under the circumstances. We have since traded the car ini on another car as we couldn't drive it. POWER TRAIN
On July 23, 2026, the transmission failed. I was driving for a weekend getaway (4.5 hrs from my home) and the transmission jerked extremely hard three times and I lost control of the car. I was driving through the mountains at 8pm. The RPM was in the red zone, even though my speed was fairly low. The car would not go into Park or Reverse. I took the car to HONOR GMC for diagnostic and they told me it cost $249 for the basic check. After the basic check, and not finding the solution, it would be an additional $2500 to drop the transmission for further inspection. Prior to this, there was no indication/warning light that the transmission was failing on a 3 year old car. The transmission on a 3 year old car shouldn't fail. Can you please help me with this problem?

SERVICE BRAKES, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, STEERING
When I stop at traffic lights, my car does not immediately turn back on (it has the auto stop feature). It flashes "parking brake released" on the dashboard. Then, it starts back up. Sometimes, it has not started back up right away & the steering wheel seizes. It has also said, "Assisted Steering Reduced" & "Stabilitrack Not Engaged (or something to that effect)." When the issue started, I tried to start my car & it said to put the car in park but it was already in park. I tried repeatedly to put it drive to put it back in park & it did not register that I was shifting gears. I turned my car off & turned it back on & it shook violently. So I shut it off immediately. The safety hazard is that my car has shut off on me while I was driving, wheels turning, car in drive, going down the street! It came right back on thankfully, but the way it shut off, I would not have time to brake & let driver's behind me know there was an issue, if it had not come back on! Also, if I have to full stop somewhere in the middle of traffic or an unsafe space, and the auto stop does not restart, that is another safety hazard. The problem started December 2025. I stopped at a light & my car would not restart. I was told it was the starter. I had the starter replaced & the issue returned July 4th weekend. Now, I try to brake in a way to prevent the auto stop from engaging as much possible. I shouldn't have to do that!! Please notify General Motors to recall & fix whatever this issue is with the Buick Envision to keep our families & roads safer!! Thank you!

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: WARNINGS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Driving and open areas or in town car will automatically break. Multiple times over 45 miles an hour and lock up the brakes then accelerate car has been in and out of the dealership 7 to 10 times1 time for 10 months straight. Vehicle collision lights have come on for side rear and front collisions when brakes lock up and then accelerate we videoed and taken pictures showing no cars surrounding during instances. The last lockup cause injuries to my son and my wife’s neck. They are seeking medical attention today.
