  Some customers may complain that the ambient temperature on the instrument cluster is displayed more than 50 °F (10 °C) lower than the actual temperature, resulting in insufficient performance of the air conditioning. This is caused by inappropriate soldering in the ambient temperature sensor. To eliminate this concern, the soldering process has been enhanced at the supplier.

This operating condition can occur on new vehicles which have been delivered to Mazda dealers (due to loading and unloading from transport trucks or customers moving their vehicles in and out of their garages to wash the vehicle, etc.). This condition may also occur if the engine is not allowed to warm up after multiple cold starts.

When these types of cleaners are used to clean the wheels on Mazda vehicles, the chemicals contents penetrate the clear coating of the wheel surface and damage the paint under the clear coating.   Some customers may experience the following symptoms of the wireless charger (Qi), even when the mobile device (smartphone etc.) is placed in the proper position on the wireless charger (Qi). - It does not start charging. - Soon after starting, it stops charging with the indicator flashing in red. - Soon after starting, it stops charging without any visible sign. These symptoms may be caused by improper control software of the wireless charger (Qi). To eliminate these concerns, the specification of the wireless charger (Qi) has been modified. NOTE: The modifications for the symptoms are different depending on the model.

As a reminder, dealers have 90 days, after the order is placed, to return the exchanged part. Failure to return the exchanged part will result in a debit of the full component price. It is highly recommended to set a calendar reminder at the time of the order for no more than 60 days to ensure all orders are returned if repaired and if not repaired, contact the customer to cancel the order and return the unit.
