Lexus is still not providing 2 key fobs on delivery. They are not listing the 2nd Key Program (23LJ01) as a campaign on their vehicle mobile software. The "digital key" is glitchy and not a safe and secure option - it seems to be a way for Lexus to periodically generate more profit at the expense of customer safety and security.

LEXUS claims the car run 27miles per gallon. But the actual miles I got only 22.1 miles after owning it for a year . THIS IS A BIG LIE. Please take appropriate action!

VISIBILITY:REARVIEW MIRRORS/DEVICES:EXTERIOR
On my 2021 Lexus RX350L, the left-hand side outer rear-view mirror vibrates. This can be observed when the car is driven >35mph or when driving on rough roads. At freeway speeds, the mirror vibrates to such a degree that it is difficult to see from it and causes perception issues. I noticed this issue even more pronounced on some other 2021 RX350 vehicles that I test drove before purchasing the one I own. The issue seems to mimic that of L-SB-0058-22. I suspect the cause and remedy are likely the same.

VISIBILITY/WIPER
The rain sensing wiper do not work properly. The wiper swipe once then stop. I have to turn them off and on again to get them to restarted. Also once they do start, they randomly stop for no reason. I have had it to the dealer twice. I was told the dealer contacted Lexus who confirmed this is a problem, with NO fix. The dealer also tested all the new RX 350's models, 2023 and 2024 on their lot, and ALL of them had the same problem. This is a major safety hazard that will cause accidents. It was serviced at Thompson Lexus in Doylestown, PA.

POWER TRAIN, SERVICE BRAKES
I started to notice that when in reverse or coming to a brake at low speeds, the brake pedal and car starts to vibrate/stutter. I have driven hybrids for the last 5 years and never had this issue before. It is very strange that the car vibrates when coming to a stop and it is on going. It happens and then it stops, but always starts up again.

I am writing to you regarding the vehicle safety which I became aware of recently but there was no solution provided. IF this happened to me, it can happen to anyone driving the same model and needs to be addressed as soon as possible before the fatality occurs as this is danger to the public.I was driving a vehicle on [XXX] after just picking it up from service (serviced at Ray Catena Lexus on [XXX] for 15,000 miles service and oil change) at the rate of speed approximately 65 mph. All of sudden the vehicle started making noises, transmission shifted from auto to lower manual gear and I was barely able to keep control of the vehicle. Luckily, I was able to pull over safely, turned it off, gave it some break and turned back on. Vehicle seemed to be operational and since I was close to the AmTrak train in Washington DC, I have decided to take the train as intended to Florida along with a vehicle. Upon arrival in Florida, I was able to take the vehicle to the dealership JM Lexus on [XXX]. I explained the problem and they checked the vehicle and released it to me shortly saying that there was nothing wrong. This dealership charged me $141.92. As I just left the dealership and got on the highway, the vehicle started to act up again. I was only able to take it back to the same dealership on [XXX], the mechanics did another check on the vehicle and discovered that the spiral cable had an oily residue on it and that was the reason for the electronic issue I was having, but that cable was not covered by the warranty and I was quoted $1,800.00 to get it fixed. Which is odd considering that not only did I buy out of this vehicle a few weeks prior but the vehicle was just serviced on [XXX] (with odometer reading at 12,728 miles) never giving any issues prior. After having a back and forth conversation, they dropped the price to nearly $1,000.00 but being concerned for my and my spouses safety, I had no choice but to pay. We were driving down the expressway when our panoramic window exploded. There was no one around us, therefore it was not a rock that hit us. Thankfully, we had had the window tinted, therefore the glass didn't shatter around us. We took the car into the service department, and the service man said that it was a rock, but it was not a rock.

The contact owns a 2024 Lexus RX350H. The contact stated that while the vehicle was started, the Forward Collision Avoidance system and air bag warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer for 17 days, where it was diagnosed that a software update was needed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and the contact was informed that there was no fix for the failure. The failure mileage was 1,020.

I bought vehicle on May 31, 2023. In October 2023, while I was driving, a warning came on saying system malfunction, to visit dealer. I left my car with Lexus Dealer on Friday, I didn't get my car back until the following Tuesday. Then it happened again on 11/28/23 again the warning light came back on indicating system malfunction, visit dealer, and received the car back on 12/4/23. My vehicle is only 4174 miles.

On Thursday, May 25, 2023, I took delivery of my new 2023 Lexus RX 500h at Nalley Lexus in Roswell, Georgia. On Saturday, June 3, 2023, I noticed that the interior dashboard trim has become separated. I could (can) see the plastic clips and some exposed wiring. My initial thought was to not touch it because it could possibly cause an electrical shock and to take the vehicle back to the dealership. Instead, I decided to snap the cover back in place. After driving a few miles in the same day, the cover came loose again. When I got home, I Googled my issue and learned that others were having the same problem. On the next business day, I contacted my service rep at Nalley Lexus, made her aware of the issue but she stated they weren't aware of the issue. I decided to wait until my 5k service to bring it up again. On Saturday, September 9, 2023, I took the vehicle to Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta for my 5k mile service. I made them aware of the issue, they allegedly ordered and replaced the part, but the same issue revealed itself days later. I contacted my service advisor at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta to make them aware that the cover is still sagging/loose exposing wiring but they had no solution.

Numerous issues relating to drivetrain of 2023 Lexus RX500h: 1. Extreme vibration/shudder under reverse - example documented forum link: [XXX] 2. Uncontrollable jerking motion whilst stopped, as if vehicle was slipping in and out of gear trying to move forward - brakes were disengaged the entire incident There are no warning lamps or messages that occur during these incidents, however these issues cannot in any way be construed as normal operation. I recently purchased this vehicle new from Spokane Lexus. Come to find out there are no provisions for a tow hook front or rear. In the owners manual it clearly shows that there is a cover plate in the front grille that is removed to accomodate the eyebolt that is stored in the tool kit next to the spare tire. My vehicle does not have either of these, even though there is a molded place, next to the spare tire, to accomodate the eyebolt. So there no provisions for a tow truck to winch this vehicle onto a flat bed tow truck, if the vehicle does not move under it's own power. This vehicle was built in Canada for the US market. I have been told by the US Lexus Dealers that only vehicles built in Japan have the provision for the towing eye bolt. Previous Toyota & Lexus Vehicles have this provision. Why doesn't mine?????????

On Saturday, Sept. 9, 2023, while driving on the highway, my sunroof exploded. It sounded like a gun shot. I drove it to the place I bought my Lexus, in March, called Sewell Lexus Dallas. They gave me a rental and said they would have their technicians look at it. They called me on Monday and said their technicians decide it wasn't a manufacture defect, but they couldn't tell me of any evidence to why or what might have caused it. Furthermore, they suggested I report it to my insurance, and it would cost $4000.00 to replace. This is dangerous, to have a sunroof explode on the highway, it could have caused an accident. Lexus is not taking any ownership, it is a Lexus problem because it is a manufacturer problem.

LANE DEPARTURE: BLIND SPOT DETECTION, SERVICE BRAKES, BACK OVER PREVENTION: WARNINGS
Car turned on and no driving yet. All vehicle alert signs popped up. This is brand new car. Warning signs including: Anti-lock brak system advanced ultrasonic detection parking braking system pre-collision system blind spot monitor These signs are constantly popping up without any hazard condition. Lexus keeps refusing to do thorough exam because they keep stating there is no issues with the vehicle.
