I own a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe, I purchased the vehicle new on [XXX] (purchased in TN, registered in VA). Since owning the vehicle it has been in the shop 9 times, most recently in the shop because it was completely dead and they found out the battery was leaking acid, this is the same battery they had just replaced a year earlier. It has lost all power and shut off several times, Jeep continues to say there is no issue. The loss of power is concerning because it happens when driving on busy roadways. I filed 2 lemon claims with them, both times offered $2800 for inconveniences and $3600 the last time. I have also been instructed to park the vehicle outside of my garage and told it might be a good idea to not charge it daily due to a fire hazard, when buying a hybrid, I paid extra in hopes to get better gas mileage when traveling to and from work, now I put my children's lives in jeopardy everyday while driving it! And most recently when driving across a bridge or rough roads (I live in the south so rough roads are an everyday thing), it has started shaking so badly that I have pulled off the road due to fear of the vehicle flipping or causing an accident. It is frustrating to pay for a vehicle that is a hazard and does not work properly. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

I was leaving my home on July 25th. Suddenly when turning onto the freeway approach. The car battery light turned on. Then suddenly a Red Turtle came on dropping my speed instantly from 35 to 5 MPH. I was able to barely avoid an accident by throwing the steering wheel to the right moving out of traffic. Had this been about 1000 feet further along, things could have been dangerous. I had the car towed to the dealership.... where they informed me this is the hybrid battery.... an issue that I have had now 4 times with this vehicle and was supposed to be fixed. It has been in the shop for over 2 weeks.

The instrument panel displayed a message to “Shift to Park” and then shift to the desired gear. The contact placed the vehicle in park and then back to drive to continue driving the vehicle. The vehicle had been taken to the dealer however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The failure then occurred an additional three times. The vehicle was returned to the dealer however, the cause of the failure was not yet determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

My 2023 Jeep 4XE shut down in the middle of the highway in Arizona while traveling at 65 mph. The dashboard displayed an error message: “Service Charging System.” Shortly after, the vehicle experienced a total loss of power, and the screen instructed, “Put in park to start vehicle,” with a flashing “D” on the gear indicator. This has happed before in a 2022 that we traded in because we didn't feel safe driving. We have a service appointment 8/7/24 at Larry H miller Jeep in Avondale AZ.

Driving in electric mode around 40mph into a 55mph zone I could not accelerate and the jeep started to slow down. I put the hazards on and pulled over. Shut the jeep down and restarted. Putting hybrid mode and it seemed to work fine.

The 2021 jeep wrangler wheels wobble at moderate speeds. the dealer informed me that jeeps up til 2020 had this problem and it was covered under a extended warranty. I just had to spend over $300 to get the steering damper replaced and I cannot get anyone at jeep to talk to me about this problem, even though it IS a known problem.

I have received at least three 19A recall notices for my vehicle. Each time I call the dealer to schedule an appointment they tell me they have to order the part, they will call when it is in and that they are only allowed to order a certain number of parts each week. Still waiting on that call back! Yesterday when I called and was given the same "we'll order and call you", and "no I don't see anything previously ordered for you", the service clerk also told me that the 19A recall was not a big deal, not a safety issue and I didn't need to be concerned. Seriously? I don't know what else to do. I am afraid to drive this vehicle that I spent a ridiculous amount of money for. Someone should be holding Stellantis accountable. - #11605692July 31, 2024POWER TRAIN, VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
While driving the vehicle, I received a warning that the clutch was overheated. A few days later, it had no acceleration while merging onto the freeway. Fourth fifth and sixth gears had zero acceleration and I was almost runoff the road. The vehicle would not go over 70 miles an hour And the cruise control failed. It told me service required. I took the vehicle into the dealer and they told me there were no codes so there was nothing they could do unless I made an appointment. Which I did their convenience was two days later. As I was leaving, they informed me that it would cost $180 to diagnose the problem, even if there was no problem. Since the initial problem, the vehicle has hesitated in all gears and has lost its “Peppiness” The vehicle is a brand new 2024 model. After googling I found that there was a recall up to 2023 models stick shift clutch overheating. I suspect they did not fix the issue and my 2024 may catch fire as well, also the lack of power is disheartening while driving And may also pose a risk.

I was driving to work on 7-25-24 at approximately 65 mph and suddenly my jeep started to shake . It was so violent I just grabbed the wheel so tight , let off the gas and hoped I didn't crash. Cars were swerving around me. I called the dealer and told them the problem. I refused to drive the car and had it towed to the dealer. This is the second time this Death wobbled happened in the last two years. The dealer ended up changing the steering Damper both times. I feel just changing the same parts is not fixing this problem. Now I have a vehicle that I'm deathly afraid of driving. Apparently there is a known problem with this death wobble . I am writing this not just for my self but everyone else that is at risk and don't even know about this. I hope someone really looks into this problem . I am not sure what my rights are and want to get out of my lease . This car is not worth dying for. Thanks in Advance for you help
