Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2026 CR-V Hybrid, Accord Hybrid, and 2025 CR-V Fuel Cell EV vehicles that were previously remedied under NHTSA recall number 26V366. When using the tire repair kit, pressure may build within the sealant bottle, causing the bottle cap to detach.

This has happened multiple times within a couple of months. The automatic emergency breaking automatically breaks when there is no danger of a collision at all. The first time is when I was coming out from under an overpass on the highway, and the shadow made the car think that a collision was imminent and slammed on breaks. I was going 70 miles an hour and luckily no one was behind me. Another time was when I was driving through an area with road work and was following the path set by cones. The car thought I was going to run into the cones and slammed on breaks, although I was just turning with the bend that the cones created. The car hasn't been inspected by anyone.

The vehicle's infotainment system displays error code TT04 on every startup, preventing over-the-air software updates, including any potential safety-related updates delivered through this system. To date, Honda has not provided a software patch for the issue.

Incorrect tire inflation data on vehicle information label on door sill for my particular vehicle model (Accord Hybrid Sport. Emphasis on Sport which low profile tires). From reading the Owner's Manual, I was made aware that there maybe some clarification need for the tire pressure value for my vehicle model. It was confirmed, via telephone, with Honda HQ that indeed the door sill label is incorrect. As the result, Honda HQ denied my request to have the miss-labeled item replaced. Their recommendation is to approach the dealership that sold me the vehicle first. Which dealership, also, refused to honor. I have the following concerns. (1) I look at it as a violation of the warranty agreements. The label on my vehicle is clearly defective and needs a corrective action. (2) it is a safety issue! A few years back, Firestone tires were blowing out on Ford Explorers and initially Firestone blamed it on operator errors which was proven to be false. Firestone was talking couple, maybe 3, pounds of pressure differentiations. (3) It is also safety concern in the long run. If my vehicle is being resold, without an Owner's Manual, how would the new owner knows what the correct tire pressure would be? (4) As part of that model's production, the door sill label should be readily available. All Honda/Dealership have to do is order an replacement. Why is it sooo difficult to obtain a correct replacement??? Is it going to trigger a recall because is a factory oversight???

While driving at high speed, the vehicle falsely initiated severe emergency braking and aggressively shook the steering wheel, actively fighting my input to keep the car straight. My safety was at risk as well as others around me who had to brake and swerve to avoid collision while I struggled to get to the highway shoulder. The vehicle remains at the dealership as they are suggesting a steering column replacement. I have filed a case with Honda requesting a master technician perform a formal ADAS camera alignment and an EPS circuit inspection, but they have not yet responded. Honda did approve the dealer's pre-authorization request to replace the steering column. There were no warnings prior to the incident, but as it was occurring, all of the warnings were cycling (brake system failure, steering system failure, road departure warning, battery, etc.) until I made it to a local dealership who read the codes which showed internal steering module errors (U3000-49) and tracking failures occurred.
