The tubes running along the roof line according to my service report could not handle the heavy rain and was the resulted in a heavy stream of water inside my vehicle while driving. The water "backfilled" into the cabin through dome light just behind the sunglasses holder. Incident occurred on October 1, 2026 while I was driving with my two children in the vehicle. The incident was witnessed by the construction manager over seeing the construction of our home. There was so much rain inside the vehicle that it soaked my pants, my seat, the carpet, ran down the navigation screen into the cup holders and warped my dash. I wash my vehicle 2 to 3 times a week and have never had an issue with the roof leaking until driving in this storm. When I arrived home I lifted the t-top on the drivers side and there was no water in the weather stripping. I did take my vehicle to the dealer and was told this is a "common issue" with Broncos, for the tubing to wear out and that it and the electrical would be replaced. The dealer did not inspect the tubes or the electrical components in the over head compartment. They reported that several trips through the car wash did not result in a leak and that the tubes "may have been too much water for drain tubes to keep up and it over flowed into the cab." I had limited visibility with a faucet style stream of water pouring into my lap a I drove. I am concerned the wet electrical components will cause a fire.

The contact owns a 2025 Ford Bronco. The contact received recall service at the local dealer under NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V468000 (Engine, Electrical System). The contact's daughter drove the vehicle to the residence and parked it inside the garage. The contact's daughter heard a noise coming from the garage, investigated, and discovered the engine had erroneously activated and was running. At the time of discovery, the keys were hanging on the wall, and the mobile phone was charging, unused. The contact indicated that the failure created a severe carbon monoxide poisoning hazard. The vehicle was returned to the dealer; however, the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 13,192.

Instrument Cluster screen blank on start up so vehicle does not show Speedometer, gear selection, RPM, fuel gauge, lane keeping selection, and adaptive cruise control selection/engagement. Vehicle however would start up and remain drivable. Instrument cluster screen return to its normal state of his morning after leaving vehicle turned off overnight. This occurred on one other occasion back in May 2026 shortly after purchasing the vehicle. This was only this second instance of this happening since receiving the vehicle in May 2026. I have attached a picture showing both instances. I believe there where previous Bronco models recalled for a similar issue, but don’t believe my model/VIN was included in that recall.

Summary: Software bug incorrectly shows hood to be unlatched; the alert covers important driver information on gauge cluster and can not be dismissed. Issue is 100% reproduceable. - With vehicle off, open hood (maintenance, inspection, etc) - Start vehicle - Close hood - Drive vehicle A false 'hood open' alarm will be triggered and it can not be dismissed. If driving, and unable to stop, audible alarm will continue, and visual alert obscures cluster information. Alarm an not be dismissed, paused, or simple acknowledged. Dismissing the false alert requires shutting the vehicle off, which can be dangerous if the driver has already entered a busy road.

I purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks to flat tow behind my motorhome. Ford dealership in [XXX] said the Bronco can be flat towed and I reviewed the owners [XXX] , regarding flat towing, with the dealership prior to purchase. I went to a reputable hitch installer to add a demco/Air Force one braking system. We went on a 3 month trip out west and followed the directions in the Ford owners [XXX] to flat towing. Unfortunately while being towed the car came out of neutral tow 3 times while and there is no warning system to alert us when this happens. It cannot be felt or detected in our 44 ft coach. Luckily kind strangers saw our rear tires dragging and smoking and signaled to us. The last time we were on I55 near [XXX]. This was quite frightening as this could have easily turned into an accident for us and others on the road. I was able to drive a nearby Ford dealership who assessed the damage. We were lucky that only the rear tires were badly damaged and Ford replaced them for free. It was only at this time that we learned Ford sends out bulletins to dealerships re: updates. Per the dealership a bulletin was sent out in March 2026 stating that fuses 28 and 29 needed to be pulled. I asked why owners do not receive these updates and the dealer did not know. So thereafter we pulled the two fuses and waited 5 min for the Bronco to go in sleep mode. Even after all this, the Bronco would come out of sleep mode at times (2x) while being towed. For our safety and others on the road, we stopped flat towing the Bronco and my husband drove the coach and I drove the Bronco back to our home in [XXX]. Ford does not have a consistent fix for this issue and it scares me that there will be a horrific accident at some point. We tried to tell Ford of this issue and looked into a buy back or lemon law;however, Ford denied any problems( but they did replace our rear tires for free). The contact's wife owns a 2025 Ford Bronco. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, the door stops on both rear doors began detaching and the plastic fender components fell off while the vehicle was parked. Additionally, the rear passenger’s side window intermittently failed to roll up. The contact then received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 26V468000 (Engine, Electrical System) and 26V403000 (Structure). The vehicle was taken to the dealer for a wiring harness recall repair; however, the dealer stated that the fix was ineffective and too complex to perform. The manufacturer was notified of the issue and confirmed that parts were available; however, the vehicle was unrepaired. The failure mileage was approximately 500.

Flat towing a 2025 Bronco behind a 2025 Newmar Dutchstar using a Blue Ox tow bar with Demco AirForce Braking System. Ford has a setting called neutral towing. It allows you to tow behind a motorhome with brake lights, braking, etc. When the Ford is in neutral tow, and in neutral gear, all 4 wheel roll freely and you can tow safely. What's happening is the Ford is waking up out of neutral tow when the 12V battery gets low. This isn't supposed to happen as there is a 7 Pin electrical connector from the motorhome to the 6 pin electrical connected to the Bronco. Once the 12v battery gets low, the Ford computer wakes up, see's it moving the back tow tires, so the system is applying the emergency brake locking up the 2 back tires. This has now happened three times as we have traveled from [XXX] to [XXX] (had it looked at Crossroads of Ford of Apex where I bought it). I took it in to Schmop Ford in Denver and after almost a deadly accident on XXX near [XXX], to XXX. They found the back two tires destroyed. Ford replaced the tires at no charge, but the issue remains. THIS SUV SHOULD NOT BE APPROVED FOR FLAT TOWING. It is dangerous and could be deadly. You have no way of knowing unless someone else tells you. Thanks to the stranger on XXX on XXX. They told us of our issue so we pulled over. If we were to continue driving the motorhome, the tires would've been totally destroyed, a fire, or cause us to flip over. There are so many complaints on the internet about this issue. You must make Ford fix this issue with a software fix immediately. Don't make my complaint for another unlucky traveler like myself. I have enclosed the back tire picture. You can see one tire with the tread completely gone, the other tire tread missing is not shown. You can also see how the tires are mis-shaped from rubbing across the highway cement. I AM TRYING TO UPLOAD PICTURES BUT YOUR SYSTEM IS GIVING ME AN ERROR FOR A JPEG LESS THAN 10MB INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

They have yet to repair this recall even though a remedy has been available. I have asked multiple times at my dealer and they always have a reason they can’t do it. They text me one time and never set the appointment. I have called and called and even went in. I asked at my oil change and at first they said yes but then they said they couldn’t check because “it would take all day and they did not have the time”. I went in at 8:15 or 9:15am. I even called after I made my oil change appointment and verified on the phone they can check for the recall that day and they said yes. But changed it when I showed up. I haven’t heard back since then. Here is the recall information; Manufacturer Recall Number26S30 NHTSA Recall Number26V268 They also have yet to notify me of the second recall on the vehicle causing engine fires. I only found out because I have a news app and saw an article. I have the Ford app and it “alerts me to recalls” but I’ve found out about every recall from the news not Ford until months after. Why aren’t they notifying customers promptly?

Bronco hard top is beginning to warp really bad and delaminate. Classic problem happening with there and ford still refuses to come up with a real solution. Every day the warping gets worse and I’m just waiting for it to get bad enough so I can take it in and ford actually do something about it. The warping and delaminating also impacts the seals of the hardtop panels on the car. The top also rattles really bad. Absolutely crazy for an expensive car. It’s very obvious that climate and humidity have the largest impact on this issue and STILL they do nothing about it.

On June 22, 2026, my 2025 Ford Bronco caught fire while parked outside a store. The vehicle had been parked for approximately five minutes when the fire began. There were no warning lights, alerts, unusual odors, or other indications of a problem before the incident. The fire and heavy smoke appeared to originate from the center console area near the gear shifter. The flames quickly spread throughout the driver’s side, center console, front passenger area, and the rest of the vehicle’s interior. The entire interior sustained severe fire and heat damage and was substantially melted. The responding fire department advised that temperatures inside the vehicle were well over 300 degrees. Firefighters disconnected the vehicle’s battery, after which the vehicle began to cool. Based on their initial observations, they indicated that the fire appeared to be electrical in nature. The vehicle had recently been filled with gasoline, which made the situation even more dangerous. Fortunately, no one was inside the Bronco, no other vehicles were parked nearby, and the fire department responded quickly. The vehicle has been transported to a repair facility but has not yet been inspected to determine the precise cause of the fire. I am extremely concerned that a nearly new vehicle could suddenly catch fire while turned off and parked, without any warning. This could have occurred while I was driving, with passengers inside, or while the Bronco was parked in my garage. Under those circumstances, the fire could have caused serious injury or death, destroyed my home, or endangered other people and property. I am submitting this complaint because I believe this incident presents a serious public-safety concern. I respectfully request that NHTSA investigate whether other 2025 Ford Bronco owners have experienced similar electrical fires and whether a defect exists that could place drivers, passengers, families, first responders, and the public at risk.

When the vehicle is in "Eco" mode, and an attempt is made to rapidly accelerate in an emergency situation, pressing the accelerator pedal to the floor results in a significant delay before *any* engine response is detected, far beyond what is reasonable for a normal gasoline powered vehicle. In several situations, I was in heavy traffic; traffic in the lane in which I was travelling was relatively slow. I attempted to change lanes into an adjacent lane in which traffic was moving much faster. When traffic allowed, I merged into the faster lane, and pressed the accelerator pedal to the floor. Prior to pressing the accelerator pedal, the vehicle was moving approximately 20 mph. Nothing happened for several seconds, and then the vehicle suddenly accelerated. During the period of non-response, traffic in the faster lane caught up to my vehicle. I am able to reproduce the issue 100%. The dealer's response is that "it's normal" (typical service response) and there was no attempt to investigate. I have driven several identical make/model vehicles belonging to friends, and one dealer vehicle (test drive) and they all exhibit the same issue. There are no warning lamps, errors, codes, or any indication that any system is faulty. The high latency in the throttle control system is clearly an ECU programming issue, and it increases the risk of collision. I have only observed this issue in models of this vehicle with an automatic transmission. I do own an identical model of this vehicle with a manual transmission, and this issue is not present.

Its becoming more frequent and a huge safety issue. When you're driving the car, it feels like the emergency parking brake automatically engages. And when you push the brake pedal, it almost feels like it's dead, meaning there's no pressure back against your foot, which is really unusual for this vehicle, period. You don't necessarily lose control of the car, but you certainly don't have complete control of the braking system, period. Then you are in a period of time to get off the road safely and turn the vehicle off and restart it. Then the system seems to correct itself, and you can drive away. But I'm concerned about this from a safety perspective,

The Pre-Collision Assist false-triggers on turns daily, flashing the red collision warning and actively applying autonomous emergency braking without any obstruction present. This phantom braking is a severe safety hazard. The vehicle has been serviced before for this issue - and is going back to the shop next week (for the same issue).
