Additionally, Taiichi Ohno, recognized for developing the Toyota Production System, is also an honoree with ties to Toyota.

Since its inception, the Hall of Fame has honored nearly 800 individuals through various awards, with over 300 receiving its highest distinction, induction into the Hall of Fame. The inaugural class in 1967 included notable figures like Henry Ford and Walter P. Chrysler.
