This program is managed by the Technical Information & Support Group (TIS) and is a critical step in Honda's ongoing efforts to ensure vehicle quality and safety. Dealers are instructed to identify vehicles that meet specific criteria and report them to TIS for further instructions regarding parts collection.

Symptoms of the Issue

Owners or technicians may observe an oil leak originating from the half shaft support bearing on the front right side of the vehicle's driveline. This leak would be visible upon inspection. Qualifying Conditions for Parts Collection

Upon successful identification and reporting of a qualifying vehicle that is accepted as a candidate for parts collection, AHM will provide the referring dealer personnel with a VISA gift card as a gesture of appreciation.
