It is crucial to include a valid BMW delivery and delivery item number, and the bulletin number TEC721 must be clearly stated in the text of the TEC claim.

If a delivery number cannot be located, dealers should submit an IDS ticket to Parts Logistics under the Returns>Claims>Quality>Claims category for assistance.
