SummaryCERTIFICATION LABEL AND VIN PLATE REPLACEMENT SERVICE INFORMATION Because of collision damage or other vehicle repair, a replacement “Certification Label” or “VIN Plate/Label” may be needed. HINT: Certification Label = FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) label. These items may be available from Nissan by request if certain criteria are met. This bulletin lists the criteria and provides an application form for such replacements. · The “VIN Plate/Label” (metal plate or vinyl label) is attached to the instrument panel or body on the driver side at the base of the windshield (see Figure 1). · The “Certification Label” (vinyl adhesive label) is located on the lower area of the driver side B-Pillar (see Figure 1).

SummaryCAMPAIGN BULLETIN Monroney Label NCAP Rating Reference: PD171, PMA54 Date: September 26, 2025 Attention: Dealer Principal, Sales, Service & Parts Managers *****Dealer Announcement***** To ensure continued customer satisfaction and confidence, Nissan is conducting a quality action on certain specific model year 2025 Nissan Frontier and Kicks vehicles identified in Service Comm. This action updates the Monroney labels to reflect certain safety ratings issued by NHTSA. Dealers will replace original Monroney labels with corrected Monroney labels. Nissan will send VIN-specific corrected labels to address affected vehicles in dealer inventory. New labels will begin shipping via Federal Express Thursday, September 25, 2025. Dealers will replace original Monroney labels with corrected Monroney labels. Affected vehicles are subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer.

SummaryEXCESSIVE WIND NOISE FROM WINDSHIELD AREA YOU CONFIRM The customer states there is a screeching, humming, buzzing, whistling and/or squealing type wind noise from the windshield/roof area of the vehicle, AND The wind noise is most noticeable at speeds of 50 mph or higher. ACTION Use the SERVICE PROCEDURE starting on page 4 to install two (2) pieces of foam (one on each side) between the windshield molding and the body roof line. IMPORTANT: The purpose of ACTION (above) is to give you a quick idea of the work you will be performing. You MUST closely follow the entire SERVICE PROCEDURE as it contains information that is essential to successfully completing this repair.
