Hello I am not happy with the tires the discount tire salesman keep selling me. The first time I bought Road hugger tires they looked like the picture that I attached. Then the sales man put me 2 front Road Huggers tires again in February 2021. Now my dealership is telling me last week .FRONT TIRES ARE WORN EXCESSILY ON THE INSIDE EDGES AND RUBBER IS STARTING TO PEEL OF TIRE. I don't have money to keep replacing. Is there a recall on those tires. I feel like discount tires has been stealing my money for 2 years. I want to file a complaint Tire size225 55 r17 95v

In 2018 dash and passenger airbag light illuminated. Took it to dealer and was told that occupancy sensor in passenger seat needed to be replaced. In 2021 dash airbag light flashing and passenger airbag light off illuminated. Code determined occupancy sensor. Cost to repair basic car safety feature $7000.00 which is prohibitive.

I have an electrical dash board that controls my speedometer, gas milage and all the major checks lights that is NOT WORKING. This is the second time I have had this problem and when you research the problem on the internet or YouTube, the infinity owners are saying its a major problem with the car and the computer system. Why hasn't infinity recalled this problem?

Passenger side airbag sensor has failed - this is a serious threat to human life in case of an accident and I'm pretty sure this is illegal. I purchased the car March 2021 from a dealer in San Jose, and this did not show on the carfax report, nor did the dealer inform me of this defect. BaseD on my research this is a common problem with other G37's of the same year and into 2011. Infiniti of Beaverton, OR has quoted $7,000.00 to repair which is a little less than half the cost of the car's value. INFINITI SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AS IT IS A SERIOUS DEFECT AND IS A LIFE THREATENING SAFETY ISSUE!

Air bag light is flashing, passenger side air bag not engaged. Available for inspection. This is an inherent safety risk for anyone sitting in passenger side front seat, I have to ask all of my passengers to sit in the back. Problem confirmed by two dealerships, with the second happily quoting over $4K to repair as the entire seat must be replaced. Light has been on for some time, online tips to reset have not worked.

Rear speaker AMP caught fire and burned the rear of the vehicle near the fuel tankMarch 19, 2021. The electrical fire occurred several hours after the vehicle had been parked under an apartment housing complex carport. Had it not been noticed the structure along with several other vehicles could have caught fire. Pasco Washington Fire identified the source as the factory AMP in the rear of the vehicle having started the fire. It is available for inspection

The air bag warning light for the passenger air bag on my 2013 Infiniti G37 is constantly flashing on my dash and the passenger air bag off message is always on in my vehicle, even when my wife is sitting in the seat, and I have not had an accident. The light just started flashing on its own approximately 6 months ago. This would seem to me to be a legitimate safety issue. If I were in an accident, regardless of whose fault, and my wife was in the passenger's seat, she could sustain serious injuries due to the fact that the passenger air bag did not deploy due to a faulty sensor.

Two weeks after having my G37 serviced at the Las Vegas dealership the engine shut down while driving on the freeway at full speed. The car rapidly lost power and speed. The gas peddle was unresponsive and after decelerating, the car would only move forward at very slow speed. A major accident was avoided only through the quick actions of trailing traffic which had to slam on their brakes. After towing back to the dealership they reported the heater hose failed. Their vehicle inspection report provided to me two weeks early reported the heater hoses and connectors where inspected and did not require replacement. When I Questioned this they stated it was a plastic part within the heater hose that failed and they don't check that. I consulted the maintenance manual for the car and at now mileage or time point does infiniti recommend replacing the hose. I have had this car serviced at an Infinity dealership every 7,500 miles since bought new. At no time did they ever recommend replacing the hose. This may be more of a safety issue with Infiniti's service program than the car. But the car computers response to the condition also but driver safety at risk.

I am writing the complaint to inform you and request an investigation into the Infiniti Advanced Air Bag System (AABS) passenger seat sensor. I recently purchased a 2011 Infiniti G37x sedan with approximately 62,251 miles on June 28th, 2021. This vehicle has had one owner prior to me and has a clean CarFax report with no issued accidents or collisions reported, based on the overall evaluation from an independent repair shop. The main issue experienced with the G37x vehicle and the reason for the manufacturer should create a safety recall was the air bag seat sensor was malfunctioning, as verified by an independent mechanic. I have experienced other vehicle manufacturers issue voluntary recalls and repairs because these passenger occupancy sensors may degrade and fail to detect a passenger in the front seat. This appears to be a very common recall issue. The fault code presented from the ODB-II confirmed to be the air bag seat sensor was malfunctioning and required to be replaced/repaired completely, or all the airbags would not deploy at all to the passenger and both the driver. I am therefore requesting that INFINITI/Nissan North America to investigate and note this experience/issue with the air bag seat sensor and issue a recall for this particular issue to the owners of such affected vehicles. I deem that there is a risk of many vehicles that are having a similar issue with the seat sensor which will cause the air bag system to not function properly in the event of an accident or collision when the air bag would needed to be deployed. THE CONSUMER STATED THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. THE CONSUMER BELIEVED THE VEHICLE SHOULD STILL BE REPAIRED UNDER THE RECALL DUE TO THE SAFETY RISK.

Approximately 2 months ago, the air bag warning light on the dash started flashing along with the icon on the front display warning about the passenger side airbag being off. There was no person sitting in the seat, nor was there any small items on the passenger seat. I looked up online how to reset the dash warning light and this worked up until about one week ago. Also, when someone now sits in the passenger seat, the warning light starts flashing along with the front display warning of the passenger side airbag being off. This would seem like a manufacturer defect and a safety hazard for any front passenger in my vehicle.

UNKNOWN OR OTHER, BACK OVER PREVENTION: REARVIEW SYSTEM BRAKING
On June 4 I pulled into a drive to turn the car around and park. I stopped the car, put it into reverse, and pressed the gas pedal;. The car stalled and I pressed the gas pedal again with the regular force. Suddenly the car accelerated and I felt a jerk and heard a bang as it hit a car that was just backing out of the driveway cross from min. My car was going so quickly that the other driver commented on the speed it was going. My car incurred considerable damage, the rebar was damaged, and I took the car int "collision" for repair. At Collision, I was told by 2 people that Mini had a problem with acceleration. Priori to the accident, my car occasionally stalled when I was backing it out of the garage. I have since been told that this "stalling" or "stumbling" was a signal that there was a defect that could have been fixed.

The airbag light on the dash was flashing. The airbag light that indicates the passenger airbag is not on stays on even if a person is sitting in the passenger seat. This means that the airbag is not active when there is someone sitting in the passenger seat. If I got into an accident and the passenger airbag did not deploy, it could cause serious bodily injury to the passenger. The cost to repair is more than half of what the car is worth. In the picture, you can see the second item in the list is to replace the passenger seat sensor.

My air bag light for my passenger side has been in for at least three years. Then a year ago the driver’s side warning light came on. It is unsafe to drive. I cannot believe there has not been a recall. Took it to a dealership and they stated no recall and is costs 3-4 thousand dollars per sensor to fix. There needs to be an air bag sensor recall for this car.
