The sidewalk of my tire blew out while driving on the highway in winter conditions. Luckily I was only going about 30 mph when it happened. The tires were advertised as 65,000 mile tires and my one tire catastrophically blew out with only 15000 miles on it. The tires are Cooper adventurer all season 225/55r17

Three times in the past 4 years, the air bag warning light was triggered when the battery was either disconnected/reconnected or jump started. Each time to re-activate the airbag safety system, I had to send out the air bag control module to have it reset. It is not expensive to do that , but it does mean one has to disassemble the center console, remove airbag control module and send it out to be reset. Additionally, during the time that the airbag light is on, my understanding is that the SRS is deactivated, which is obviously a safety hazard.

Our 2009 Infiniti G37x has developed the dreaded sticky dash issue. The materials in the dashboard have broken down, as a result the dashboard has become VERY reflective. It creates a heavy glare on the windshield both day and night which affects our ability to see out of the windshield. The glare makes it very difficult to see a night when street lights and headlights reflect off of the dash. Thankfully there has been no accidents caused by this issue, but this greatly increases the risk of accident when driving this vehicle. This is a common issue among all vehicles from 2009. I had a similar issue with my 2009 Toyota Camry, the dashboard on that vehicle was replaced under recall. Infiniti should be forced to replace the dashboards in these vehicles due to the safety risk they pose. There was a class action lawsuit for owners in Florida to remedy this issue. I attached several pictures of the glare in both day and night conditions. This problem can be easily seen when sitting in the vehicle.

If you search the internet, you'll see that there's a large problem with the sunroof drainage in this car dumping water into the cabin, into the glove box and down the right kick panel, which is where the bcm unit sits, and then dumps down the rocker panel where all the electrical wiring runs.

On August 6, 2025, I purchased a 2013 Infiniti G37 from Auto Quality Corp. The total amount paid was $4,700 with a pending balance of $1000. I was given the car turned on and was not present when the car was turned on. Upon leaving the dealership and arriving to my destination, I turned off the car. Once I was ready to get back on the road, the car failed to turn on again. The vehicle is failing to start and is now inoperable. I do not feel safe driving the vehicle due to the major concerns that are showing up. The vehicle is not functional. The car stopped working entirely within the same day of purchase, and I am now left with a non-operational vehicle. The odometer has discrepancies. The bill of sale shows 82,521 miles, but this does not match the information in the vehicle history reports. Also, I was not made of aware, until I signed the bill of sale, that the Airbags checkbox is marked as unknown. This raises serious safety concerns, especially since I suspect the vehicle may not even be equipped with functioning airbags. The Dealer also refuses to cooperate. I contacted them the same day I was sold the vehicle and did not answer the phone calls. I had to get a ride and go physically to the office to state my complaint. I want to return the car and request a full refund due to safety and misrepresentation issues. However, they refused to accept a return or provide any refund. The vehicle was sold "as-is" but I know the sale involved fraud and omitted critical safety information that would have affected my decision to purchase. I am requesting that your office investigate this dealer for potential violations of Florida law regarding vehicle sales, odometer fraud, and failure to disclose critical safety information.

I purchased this vehicle, 2012 Infiniti G 37XS in September 2023. The vehicle was basically brand new with less than 2200 miles on it and I have driven it very little up to that point, October 2024, as it is not my primary vehicle. Around [XXX], I believe it was around 8100 miles and change on the vehicle, a warning light came on my dash regarding my passenger airbag. Since that date, I have worked with Plaza Infiniti in Creve Coeur, who has looked at the vehicle a few times and identified that there is no part replacement other than OEM that can fix this issue. However, the part has been discontinued. Today, I reached out to Infiniti directly, and with a sad heart, they refuse to even listen to me. Now, I have a vehicle that has a safety issue and no way to fix it. The part number 87300–1NL6A, is the lower seat assembly for the passenger side of my 2012 Infiniti G 37XS. This part also has the occupant sensor which is directly affecting the airbag. The sensor is not replaceable separately of the lower seat assembly. My passenger airbag light is on and when I reported it to Infiniti, they told me it was the airbag sensor in the seat and that the entire seat would need to be replaced for a cost of over $2000.00. I understand there was a previous recall for the previous years, but not for 2010 models. In speaking with other Infiniti owners, I understand this is a common issue with the G37. Why has there not been a recall issued?

The dealership sold me a car with a rusted subframe without disclosing the condition of the subframe. The car will not pass inspection because of the subframe. I have had two independent inspection stations tell me this car is unsafe to drive. When I contacted the dealership about this, they said it was my problem, not theirs.

According to Campaign P8243, Ref ITB08-045e, NTHTSA # 08-521, my 2008 Infiniti G37 has a warning blinking light for the passenger airbag. I contacted the National Consumer Affairs Dept of Infiniti and they said that my vin # did not indicate it has a recall. I was quoted $5000 to replace the seat by other mechanical shops, but my vehicle is not worth that anymore. Please advise. Thank you.

The sunroof’s drain ports clogging up is a known common issue to Infiniti dealers, as I have learned while taking my car in after the entire dashboard & electronics shorted out. The mechanic told me this is a common occurrence during the rainy season. Water may intrude the body through the clogged ports and the first location the water goes, happens to be the lower passenger side which ALSO happens to be the location of the body control module (BCM). The car has stopped operating on me in the middle of driving, and also wouldn’t allow me to get out of the gear I was in. What could be a $50 - $150 repair turns into a $2500 - $2800 repair.

Hydraulic clutch fluid overheating causing catastrophic clutch piston failure resulting in not being able to engage, shift, or most importantly disengage the current drive gear in motion. The safety condition of not being able to disengage the operation of the vehicle puts the occupants at risk by limiting the ability to prevent collision. I have experienced this failure approximately every 20,000 miles, leaving the vehicle stranded on the highway with each occurrence of the event.
