My steering wheel is very sticky. Doesn't happen until I've been driving at highway speeds for at least 15 minutes. It's also worse when it's warmer. My steering wheel is so sticky to the left to the point where I don't feel safe and feel like I could fly off the curves if don't drive under the speed limit (ie feel need to drive 60mph around bends on a 70mph highway).

I got my recall done already, however, the problem is getting worst after 2 weeks of regular driving. The steering will suddenly gets hard/stiff when driving. It makes it hard to turn and it's dangerous when driving on freeway. I almost got into an accident on the freeway because the car in the front change lane last minute without signalling, and at the time my stiff steering acting up and cause the delay of turning.

When driving straight or turning the steering wheel just sticks (jams). It is constant and in cases of turning slightly on curves, it jams and just stays jammed for a while or until I snap it back in place. Crazy my car just jumps, very scary at times. I took it to the dealer for the steering rack recall 23V-704 I received and thought it would be repaired, but the dealer told me that my steering wheel issue was not part of the recall, it was something else.

Water leaks in trunk every time it rains and stays in spare tire wheel well causing rust on spare tire, tools, etc. Also mold has presented in trunk which is another problematic issue. Honda Service Technician found wire/cable on wire harness that is not routed properly, damage to trunk seal is present from rubbing, recommended replace trunk seal and reroute cable. After checking online there are several complaints with the same issue. Honda is placing the responsibility of repair on the customer even though the customer did not perform the wiring. The water leak and the mold it causes needs to be addressed and recalled for repair ASAP. THANK YOU

my car has been grinding ever since I purchased the car. The vehicle only had 17,000 miles when I bought it. I took it to Honda of Hollywood and let them know that my car was grinding and they said that I needed to change my brakes. I changed my brakes and went back to the dealership and they said I needed to sand the rotors. I went to get my rotors repaired and my car was still grinding. I went back to the dealership and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I don't hear any other Honda grinding like my car. On the freeway my car is rattling. The tires in the back of my car move around they are not straight. I looked under my car and noticed that the wheel bearing is broken. I don't think the dealership should be putting my life in jeopardy like that when my car was under warranty when I reported the issue.i need help.

I'm encountering a sticky sensation in the steering wheel, accompanied by clunking noises when I turn it. This poses a significant safety concern, particularly during highway driving, as it impairs my ability to maintain smooth control of the vehicle. The issue persists even when driving off the highway.

Steering wheel is sticking at speed of 45mph or above. Terrified to drive this car. Was unable to steer away from a deer running into the road out of fear of over correction and hit the deer.

Steering wheel sticks and jerks when being corrected. It makes it impossible to make micro adjustments or steer smoothly while driving. Feels very unsafe when taking curves and the wheel remains stiff.

The steering has become "sticky." I have roughly 33000 miles on the car and it started within the last couple of weeks. It occurs every time I drive. I plan on calling the dealer today to report it. It is definitely a safety hazard.

I have been having ongoing steering problems resulting in having to correct my steering when on the interstate. It has been stated as "sticky steering". My 2017 is having the same issue and it is a huge safety issue to myself and others on thr e road. I'm documenting this complaint as if something happens, I will have this for my documents .

My car is afflicted by a common steering issue experienced by other owners of 22-23 model year civics. The steering becomes “sticky” or “notchy” often at highways speeds. It is most noticeable when making small steering adjustments to stay in center of lane, and it takes more effort than normal which causes over correction and difficulty staying centered. It creates a more stressful drive in heavy traffic and creates a higher rate of driver fatigue on longer drives. On a long night drive, I have experienced enough fatigue from trying to maintain center of lane that I’ve needed to pullover and rest frequently. I have described the issue to one dealership but the problem is intermittent and they have not yet observed it or done more than a basic inspection. However, there is a wealth of anecdotal data online in owners forums of people who are experiencing this, with varying levels of success with getting their dealerships attention and meaningful action or resolution. Honda has released a service bulletin (23-037) which matches my issue, however people are now reporting that the issue continues even after getting a replacement EPS gear box. Therefore it is my opinion that this should be escalated to a recall, and that Honda take more action to resolve this known issue before it results in accidents (particularly through driver fatigue or inability to maintain center of lane accurately). I have also started to notice noise from my steering system when stopped or at low speeds, which makes me worry that the steering issue is worsening over time and will become an even more significant safety issue just outside of warranty (I’m only at 22,000 miles currently).

Went in to a certified Honda Dealership because my car that is only 7 years old had an AC that doesn't work. After the diagnostic they said 3 parts were faulty but only 2 were under warranty. To fix all three and fully fix the system it would cost $2200. I live in Minnesota, I don't even use the AC half of the year and it's still broken? Evaporators are supposed to last 10+ years, and with the winters here thats around 4 years of using the AC and all three of those parts broke. I did not get the repair because I'm hoping it will also be recalled, obviously there was serious issues with the AC in the original model and that's why 2 of the major components were already under extended warranty.
