4 months after taking vehicle in for recall fixes, both recalls on vehicle have not been remediated due to parts not being available. No ETA on availability and get a run around when asking for more info. Hub Shaft Recall stats that driving the vehicle with a broken hub bolt will wear shafts but no loaner was given so I have no choice but to drive vehicle with a broken bolt. Ford customer service told me its ok to drive the vehicle but never stated if they are replacing the entire rear end or just the parts listed on the recall.. What is dirving the vehicle ruins the splines on the shafts. Are they going to replace those as well?

Parking break fault warning light service now light comes on intermittently when the parking break was set. The ford dealer I bought the truck from found a leaking rear left break line and replaced the left rear parking break motor assembly. The Warning light kept coming on intermittently when setting the parking break after this repair. I took it to my local ford dealer who said nothing was wrong. I’m now on a trip and the warning light continues to intermittently come on. Took it to another ford dealer who reconnected a wire and said if that didn’t work it needed a new ABS module. I continued on my trip and the warning light kept coming on. Stopped at another ford dealer who cleaned up some connectors. The warning light kept coming on and I took it back. Now they think it needs a new ABS module and said it is back ordered for 2 months and I’m a 1000+ miles from home.

I own a 2021 Ford F-150 that is part of recall 25S75 for the low‑pressure fuel pump. Ford announced this recall years ago, but there is still no fix or parts available. This is a safety issue because the fuel pump can fail and cause the truck to stall or not start. I rely on this vehicle, and it’s frustrating that there is still no remedy after all this time. Many other F-150 owners are reporting the same problem and also cannot get their trucks repaired. I am asking NHTSA to push Ford to release the repair and make parts available.

The contact stated that the vehicle then stopped accelerating with an unknown " Braking" message displayed. The vehicle was then driven approximately 40 miles and then parked. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 6,500.

While using the vehicle’s BlueCruise driver assistance system, the driver monitoring system generates frequent false driver-attention alerts despite normal posture and active attention to the roadway. The system often fails to recognize attentive driving unless the driver deliberately exaggerates head position or facial expression. Routine and unavoidable behaviors—including briefly touching the face, wiping the nose, or checking side-view mirrors for traffic—frequently trigger alerts, even though these actions are part of safe driving. These false positives create alert fatigue and increased cognitive load, forcing the driver to divert attention from driving to manage the monitoring system itself. The intrusiveness of the alerts becomes distracting and undermines the intended safety benefit of the system. Due to the frequency of false alerts, the driver is often compelled to disengage BlueCruise entirely. I am concerned the current driver-monitoring calibration may inadvertently increase distraction for attentive drivers and warrants review. This issue has been reported to the manufacturer and logged under Ford Product case number [XXX]. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

Brought vehicle to shop to have tires rotated, axle bolt fell out after miles of noise. Reported to Ford, deemed drivable. Clicking sound from rear end began in November, brought to dealership. Vehicle deemed undrivable via Ford due to ongoing axle issues and noise coming from axle. Vehicle has been at the Ford dealership since November 12, 2025. Ford has provided a rental which is not a work vehicle. Ford has given me no answers, in fact, the last time I called on 1/16/26, the "advocate" asked me if I'd like to get in touch with the parts department. She said there is no timeline for getting my truck back.

I received the first recall notice last May, 2025. Safety recall notice: 23S65 - 9.75" Rear Axle Bolt Breakage. No dealer within 3 hours driving has the parts for the repair 8 months later! And, they have no idea when (or even if!) those parts will be available. Once a safety issue is identified and a recall notice sent out, what time frame does the manufacturer have to make those repairs? It has been over 8 months - that is unacceptable. xxx INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

The daytime running lamp assemblies on both headlights are failing. On the driver's side, the entire LED array around the outside of the headlight has failed. On the passenger's side, the vertical LED array is extremely dim and will probably fail soon. The topmost horizontal LED array on the passenger's side is currently the only array still working. Obviously this poses a safety risk as these lights provide visibility of the vehicle in low light and low visibility driving conditions. I have seen many forum posts and YouTube videos about this problem and as the parts are integrated into the headlamp assembly, the only way to fix is a complete replacement of the assembly which is a $2000-$2500 repair PER ASSEMBLY. This problem appears to be related to heat dissipation issues, indicating a manufacturers defect. In older model vehicles, a daytime running lamp used to be a $5-$20 bulb replacement. The fact that I now have no choice but to pay $2000 to restore functionality of a safety feature is completely unacceptable. At the very least, Ford should redesign the LED module to be replaceable independent of the larger assembly, reducing the cost to the owner.

Guessing the date below Truck shuts off when trying to take off and go. This has happened a few times and even pulling onto a main highway. This is a very dangerous situation, and I have contacted Ford and they have stated there is no fix for this. I have contacted Carvana which is where I recently purchased the truck within the past month and they state the recall was listed and there's nothing they can do it's up to Ford to fix a recall. They will not take the truck back and now we are stuck paying for over $30,000 on this truck and it keeps stalling on us. We cannot afford for it to just sit in our yard and pay for it if it's not running. We need help to get this fixed. We have no idea what's causing it but assuming it could have everything to do with the open recall or the battery. That battery is over $4000 if we have to replace it. Another thing we noticed is the LED lights on the headlights went out randomly and haven't come back on. Another very expensive fix for a truck we just purchased less than a month ago. We took the truck in the shop within the first few days of owning it due to a few issues we felt were not right like pulling to one side, feeling as if it were going over rutted areas on the roadways with a bump and jerk to it as well like it was a transmission issue. The insurance company with Carvana choose the place to take it to and we dropped it off and the next day they called and stated nothing was found to be wrong with it and Carvana knew we were out of return in time to replace it when they had us drop it off it was like another day.

Nothing has completely failed yet on the axel recall on my vehicle. But the bolt head has broken off. Its been over a year dealing with this recall. And woodhouse blair Nebraska is the dealership im dealing with on this, Is saying Ford is having an issue having the parts built for it. And no clue when they will have parts available for it. Something needs to be done to get the parts made for it or pay for a rental for me or buy it back and give me a good deal on something different. You can contact me at [XXX] or [XXX] . Would appreciate a reply to this. Thanks [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
