  RG3 RG4 RJ3 RJ4 Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software. A small number of customers may experience one or more of the following: Navigation failed message is displayed (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). The clock not automatically updating to local time (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Poor or no connection to cellular network (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL with RG3 and RG4). Some Uconnect App remote commands do not execute with the vehicle. Display goes blank/black (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Cyrillic keyboard is missing in phone book (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4). Wrong speed limit on NAV speed camera indication (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4). Blind Spot module beep or chime sound may be heard continuously (KL Only). Radio may keep the CAN bus network awake, causing a battery drain. Voice Recognition (VR) to set temperature, will indicate wrong setting to rear seat temperature. Not possible to set temperature in degrees Celsius using the VR (UK vehicles only). Teleprompter does not appear when pressing the VR button. VR operation cancels while in media mode. Radio may display camera?s previous image before displaying the current image. Navigation lost vehicle position during route calculation. Navigation displays are missing after vehicle heading changes. Navigation giving incorrect guidance to exit the highway. FM audio may switch to AM after ignition cycle. Text messages appear as sender?s phone number, not their name. VR phone button may not work at times. Audio muted after AUX device is disconnected. VR ?Listen? to text will only play first message. Drive Mode: Eco, Sport or Normal setting may not be saved after key cycle (LA, LD, LX and ZD Only).   This bulletin involves inspecting and updating the radio software, if required. A customer may experience one or more of the following conditions. Navigation Failed? message is displayed. Navigation is inoperative or inaccurate. CD player will not play songs and/or locks up the radio. Clock will not automatically update to local time. Clock may be off by several hours. (RA3 Only). HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL vehicles). Some Uconnect App remote commands do not execute with the vehicle. Radio Apps are inoperative. Adds Apple Siri® Eyes Free capability for iPhone® owners. Auto Play can now be configured. Radio will lock up. Radio display screen is black or blank. Battery drain - due to radio remains on. HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL vehicles). Track names may be displayed twice in USB or SD media modes. SD, USB or BTSA modes may become non-functional for a given ignition cycle. Duplicate song titles may be displayed in USB mode. Last track is displayed but next track is being played. Navigation function may reset itself after using One-Shot VR. Intermittently the Global Positioning System (GPS) may lose its location for a short time and causes routing and positioning concerns. GPS and Internal cellular device may become inoperative and causes a loss of GPS and cellular functions. A false Pop-up message may appear. Vehicle Phone Requires Service? even though the vehicle?s phone works properly. Back-up camera image may be unclear or jittery/stutters at times. Mute button status was not being displayed correctly. Presets where not shown correctly or were deleted. Park Sense tone continuously on. Radio display may show. Please insert USB Stick? Navigation may not start or may lose position. Rear camera may show a black screen for 3 seconds upon going to reverse. iPod would not resume playing after a VR session or phone call. Radio reset, screen lockup, blank screen or sluggish system.

  Pentastar Oil Filter Adapter All vehicles equipped with a 3.2L or 3.6L engine; If replacing the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) due to a leak detected between OFA and block, an O-ring kit (68191356AA) is now available to repair OFA/Block Interface leaks. Using dye will assist in determining source of leak. Ensure OFA Cap Oring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. Engineering is seeking information regarding OFA leaks.   RG3 RG4 RJ3 RJ4 Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software. A small number of customers may experience one or more of the following:Navigation failed message is displayed (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). The clock not automatically updating to local time (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Poor or no connection to cellular network (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL with RG3 and RG4). Some Uconnect App remote commands do not execute with the vehicle. Display goes blank/black (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Cyrillic keyboard is missing in phone book (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4). Wrong speed limit on NAV speed camera indication (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4). Blind Spot module beep or chime sound may be heard continuously (KL Only). Radio may keep the CAN bus network awake, causing a battery drain. Voice Recognition (VR) to set temperature, will indicate wrong setting to rear seat temperature. Not possible to set temperature in degrees Celsius using the VR (UK vehicles only). Teleprompter does not appear when pressing the VR button. VR operation cancels while in media mode. Radio may display cameras previous image before displaying the current image.
