The rear brake at 4MM at 32K miles at the time of OIL change at dealer and front BRAKE still have 7MM, as a mechanical engineer, I know this should not happen. also while driving, there is high freq metal sound, I have notified the dealer every time I went to oil change, they confirmed it is fine but I do not feel safe. 2nd issue is the powertrain system feels no power while climbing hills and the car almost stops and sliding back even I put on gas pedal and almost hit the car behind me one time. 3rd issue is that gas door seal is broken within first year of use, it could cause gas leaking.

On 10-23-25 my son pushed the button at the bottom rear of the drivers seat that moves the seat forward when using the stow-n-go feature. I was in the seat at the time and had just seconds to react. I pushed the Driver 1 setting on the door and it reversed the action. If I hadn't, would I have been crushed into the steering wheel or would the air bag have gone off? What if I hadn't set up that feature? What if I had panicked? I took it to the dealership today. After inspecting it, they said there was no protocol for this problem. The only thing they could do was to disable the button, which they did upon my request. "5447 B Piller on left side has button for rear passengers to press to move seat forward. There is no setting to disengage function, only way to disengage would be to unplug button. Per customer request unplugged switch to disengage button from working." There were no warnings and just seconds to react. There is a button at the roof front center that disengages the side doors from opening. Perhaps this button should also include disengaging that feature, or eliminate it altogether. My 2015 Dodge Caravan also had stow-n-go. It was simple to move the seat forward to utilize this feature. Now, with the Driver presets, it is very convenient to move it back. This is an unnecessary and unsafe "convenience." Only someone in the driver seat should be able to move the seat forward.

High pressure fuel leak with large fan spray pattern in fuel line part number 68492134AA where it sits and rubs against a sharp corner of another component, (appears to be ignition coil) above the rear passenger side of the engine. Searched online and found another owner had posted an image of the exact same leak! https://www.reddit.com/r/ChryslerPacifica/comments/1amcdp9/2021_pacifica_hybrid_fuel_leak/Their photo and mine are identical and in comments on their thread, Two other owners that responded to that thread also said they've also had exactly the same leak. The cause appears to be how this line is routed by the factory. it is resting against the coil and not secured in a way to prevent chafing. Result is extremely dangerous with fuel spraying down towards the exhaust. The part is available for inspection. Safety of my family was put at risk by fuel spraying towards hot exhaust while my wife was driving. She was unaware of problem until fuel smell just prior to arriving at home. Problem is easily reproduced. I spoke with Olympia Chrysler Jeep and the service advisor Corey, said he had seen this issue before as well. He also said because car is not under warranty and I don't have roadside assistance, towing would be at my expense. I have ordered replacement part and will install and secure it to prevent chafing. I will keep part to be availalbe for examination. There were no warning lamps, messages or other symptoms prior to the fuel smell.

- #11694648October 21, 2025POWER TRAIN
This car has lost power train at highway speeds several times almost casing accidents in major interstates intersections with no left shoulder. Chrysler has more than reasonably failed to repair this car transmission 9 times. This car has been in repair for 7 months in 2023 waiting for a new transmission. It has now spent more than 30 accumulative days just this year, and it is now at the dealership having its transmission replaced for the second time. I am submitting the second transmission replacement notice as evidence and first repair order as evidence. I have been able to avoid collision but have had to many close calls to the point that I feel unsafe driving this car and my wife won't drive this car anymore.

- #11693454October 14, 2025ENGINE, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The vehicle’s electrical or engine system appears to have failed, causing a sudden loss of power while driving. The exact component has not been identified by the dealership or Chrysler, but it may be related to the recall affecting the vehicle’s powertrain control or electrical system. The vehicle is currently at the dealership and available for inspection upon request. The issue has created a serious safety risk. The vehicle has repeatedly lost power and shut off while driving on the highway, including one incident where I was unable to fully pull off the road before it stalled in active traffic. My children were in the vehicle at the time, placing us in immediate danger of being struck by oncoming vehicles. Because the vehicle can stop without warning, it is unsafe to drive and puts both my family and others on the road at risk. The dealership has confirmed the issue and advised that parts are on backorder for at least 10 weeks. They also stated that even once the parts arrive, they are uncertain how to complete the repair, indicating that Chrysler has not yet provided an effective fix. The vehicle has been inspected by the authorized Chrysler dealership multiple times, and the issue has been reported to Chrysler. It has not been inspected by police or insurance representatives. A warning message reading “Pull over as the vehicle will stop” appears on the dashboard prior to each failure event. The first occurrence was on June 10, 2025, while driving on the highway to my daughter’s graduation. Since then, the same warning has appeared multiple times before the vehicle shuts off completely. It has been 6 weeks at this point and I have no vehicle. Chrysler has offered rental reimbursement of $60 a day but there is no vehicle that is a 7 passenger like my van that is of this cost. At this time they do not have a timeframe of when the vehicle will be fixed and denied a buyback or replacement.

There is a recall with NHTSA Recall # 25V-302 with no known fix. This recall, which is a problem with the curtain air bags is a major safety issue. From the recall information: "Curtain airbags which do not have proper pressure retention may reduce occupant protection and increase the risk of partial and complete ejection and injury of an occupant through a side window during certain types of crashes." I drive my children in this car, and when I first learned of this recall, I asked Chrysler to provide me a replacement vehicle that was safe for my children. They refused to do this. They escalated my case to a case manager, who has not responded to my emails nor my phone calls since September 30th, 2025. The vehicle was inspected by the dealer in August, and the only issue with the car was the recall.

On September 5, 2025 I took my vehicle to be serviced at Earnhardt Dodge in Gilbert AZ. I informed the service attendant that I believed there might be a recall on my air bags. Upon checkout I didn’t see if the recall was serviced among other things and it wasn’t listed as being completed. On [XXX] a deer struck the front of my vehicle while driving at high speeds. The air bags didn’t deploy and the air bag light illuminated after the accident. In October 1st my vehicle was taken to Earnhardt Collison and a diagnostic check was done on my vehicle yet the light or anything else regarding the airbags was not listed in the appraisal after I notified Earnhardt and USAA that the airbag light was on after the accident. After they continued to ignore my request I demanded my car be transfered to a new body shop and it not be touched on October 3rd. On October 7th USAA finally agreed to transfer my vehicle to a new collision center but without my knowledge they conducted another appraisal which listed another pre and post diagnostics on the appraisal. When I brought this to the attention of my USAA adjuster he didn’t reply to my questions directly and instead gave a off the topic answer. The vehicle currently sits at a different body shop after approving a teardown and waiting on a new official estimate. I specifically requested any air bag light or diagnostic be noted. - #11692885October 12, 2025UNKNOWN OR OTHER, LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
CRASH INFO - 12:50 am, 2024. 2024 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Components failed: Airbags non-deployed; Steering Control Module; TCS System; Fwd Collision Avoidance & Lane Departure; + Not avail to inspect. Car sold at auction. Obtained Black Box & OBD info. Car owned by EAN Holdings, LLC. - Enterprise RAC. Problem not reproduced, car not drivable after crash. Did not notice any warning lamps, too busy trying to keep car on road. My wife was heading home after some late-night shopping when crash occurred on 2-lane dry & clean asphalt country road. Weather was a cool and clear moonlit night. Posted speed limit 45mph. With her headlights on she could see very well far up ahead & knew her surroundings, where the roadside became grass on the left, & a drainage ditch to the right side. She chose out of caution to drive near the center line in the roadway to give ample distance between the passenger side of the car and the soft shoulder to the right. Approx. 150 ft before she approached the turn to the left, she felt a sudden & very intense TUG from the right rear wheel. This caused the car to jerk out of control, shoving its back end to the right. It was impossible to correct the vehicle's course & what the car decided to do on its own accord. The car then proceeded to yank the steering wheel hard to the right (while she fought to keep the car turning left), and it forced her off the right shoulder of the paved road, across a 3-foot soft shoulder on the passenger side of her car. The car continued traveling off the road and over a gravel and corrugated drainpipe, landing her in a deep 5-6' irrigation ditch, and abruptly stopped on an uphill slant, making contact with a small sapling tree/weeds. The ride was so violent from all the jarring & bouncing that everything inside the car was flying around like in a front-loading washing machine. She had to exit via the back pass side door. Airbags did not deploy & car required towing. By the Grace of God, she did not die!

See attached document for complaint. I am writing to you with deep concern to report a serious matter regarding the safety of a vehicle I recently purchased and to respectfully request your intervention in a case that endangers not only my safety as a consumer but also that of the passengers transported in this automobile. On XXXX X, XXXX, I purchased a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Wagon 40 Touring L 3.GL VG, VIN number [XXX] , through Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, located at 1460 E Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744. The vehicle was financed by XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX LLC under loan number XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX. Prior to the purchase, the sales representative informed me that the vehicle had a recall. However, I was assured that it was a minor issue of no real consequence and that I could take it to any Chrysler dealership the following day for immediate resolution. Unfortunately, this statement turned out to be entirely false. To my shock, when I went to the dealership to address the recall, I was informed that the issue was related to the rear seat airbags and that no solution is currently available from the manufacturer. Since then, I have visited several Chrysler dealerships seeking assistance, and in every case, I was told that nothing could be done until Chrysler provides an official remedy. As a provisional measure, I requested a replacement or loaner vehicle to ensure the safety of the occupants-particularly those seated in the rear seats-but I was instructed to contact Chrysler's customer service directly. On August 25, 2025, I contacted Chrysler's customer service and spoke with a representative named XXXXX, who documented my case in detail. During that call, I also reported that the vehicle is experiencing additional operational issues, specifically with the engine and steering. On several occasions, the steering has locked up, preventing the wheel from turning and creating an even greater risk of an accident. I firmly believe that this vehicle should never have been sold or delivered in such condition, as it

2nd Row Seat fails to latch and lock in position. The seat reclines back and forth without being able to be latched in place. My [XXX] and [XXX] 's safety is greatly impacted by this, as the seat is unable to be properly secured in the event of a crash. I have had the other 2nd row seat repaired nearly 2 months ago at a Chrysler dealership, but am dealing with the same problem on the other 2nd row seat. When I took the vehicle to the dealership 2 months ago, the 2nd row seat that has now failed to latch was not experiencing those problems. There were no warning lamps or symptoms of this failure to occur other than knowing that the other 2nd row seat had experienced the same failure 2 months prior to this. A poor design in the seat reclining mechanism in the 2nd row seats of the Chrysler Pacifica by Chrysler appears to be the problem. Numerous other posts about this same issue exist on the [XXX] webpage, as well as by doing a google search on the failure INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

I can't rent out the car due to a safety recall and I can't sell it either to Chrysler dealerships because they can't sell it to the public. It's been 2 month since there is not fix, they said there would be a fix by Quarter 3 this year but nothing yet. I just want Chrysler to buy the car back with the same amount I purchased it for.

Stellantis "released" recall for 2022-2025 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles. This specific VIN number involves recall 54C. I work for a dealership, Stellantis has a large order restrictions on the part(s) despite having over 6k parts available in parts distribution centers ready to be shipped in the US. The parts are currently limited to dealers only being able to order 2 parts every 7 days. On top of that, the recall has been "released" but inside the recall document, it is stating that only model years 2024-2025 are available, and have not actually released it for model years 2022-2023, despite the repair procedure (and parts) being the same for all model years. They will not pay any claims to dealers on this recall for 2022-2023 vehicles. This behavior is not isolated to this recall, and happens in numerous recalls released by Stellantis. For a safety recall, there should not be an order restriction to dealerships, especially if there is recall parts available in PDC's. If needed, I can provide screenshots of order restriction, and the current part supply in PDC's within the US.

I received a safety recall regarding my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica side curtain air bags in May 2025. I have been trying to schedule repair of the problem and the dealership is unwilling to diagnose or assess the vehicle because they say the repair is not yet available. They did confirm the problem exists but are unwilling to touch the car until the manufacturer offers a fix. I am very concerned to drive my children in this vehicle without properly functioning airbags. I do not see any warning lights or messages about the problem.
