  Frame Labels Visible from Outside of Vehicle Some customers may comment on disliking the appearance of the white labels that are visible on the frame The frame labels are only required during the manufacturing process and can be removed during pre-delivery inspection (PDI). There are two labels on the frame: the left front label (1) visible underneath the driver's door and the right front label (2) visible through the wheelhouse. Use care when removing the labels to prevent damage to the wax coating on the frame. Use a plastic trim tool to lift up on the edge and then pull the label off. The time required to perform this action is included in the PDI base time.

  This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about systems operate during a remote vehicle start event. Dual Zone Auto Regular Production Option Code (CJ2) Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning settings the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning settings will remain set to the previous Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning settings when the ignition was turned off. Single Zone Manual Regular Production Option Code (C67) HVAC settings the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning settings will remain set to the previous Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning settings when the ignition was turned off. The Rear window defogger during a remote start event, the rear window defogger will turn on if the outside temperature is 44 degrees Fahrenheit (7 degrees Celsius) or below. The heated seats will not turn on if a Remote Vehicle Start event is performed within 2 hours of shutting the engine off. The cooled seats will turn to the high setting when the ambient temperature is above 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius). Heated steering wheel will not turn on during Remote Vehicle Start event.

  "13318 - SERVICE UPDATE. THIS BULLETIN PROVIDES A SERVICE PROCEDURE TO REPLACE THE POWER SLIDING REAR GLASS REGULATOR ON CERTAIN VEHICLES, EQUIPPED WITH THE POWER SLIDING REAR WINDOW FEATURE (A48). ON THESE VEHICLES, THE PLASTIC COMPONENTS OF THE CABLE/PULLEY ASSEMBLY MAY DEFORM, CAUSING THE FEATURE TO BECOME INOPERATIVE. IF THE WINDOW IS IN THE OPEN POSITION WHEN IT BECOMES INOPERATIVE, THE WINDOW DEFOGGER CANNOT BE ACTIVATED. DUE TO PART AVAILABILITY, INVOLVED VINS WERE SCHEDULED TO BE LOADED INTO IVH IN PHASES. THE FIRST PHASE WAS LOADED NOVEMBER 23, 2013 AND CONSISTED OF APPROXIMATELY 10,000 VEHICLES. THE BALANCE OF THE INVOLVED VINS WILL BE LOADED INTO IVH ON DECEMBER 13, 2013. THIS PHASE CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 42,000 VINS."
