SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 92 number 14-09 dated September 12, 2014. The washer solvent level warning is on in the DIS, but the washer solvent level is correct. There is no functional restriction in the windshield washer system. The sensitivity of the washer solvent level sensor (G33) can be affected by the type, concentration, and the presence of additives in the washer solvent currently in the tank. The operation of the level sensor relies on the composition of the solvent to provide an accurate message on the solvent level. Incorrect concentration and the presence of additives can contaminate the sensor and reduce its sensitivity.

SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 17 number 15-59 dated March 17, 2015. In order to provide effective lubrication and cooling of internal engine components, all internal combustion engines consume a certain amount of engine oil. Oil consumption varies from engine to engine and may change significantly over the life of the engine. Typically, engines with specified break-in periods consume more oil during the break-in period, and the oil consumption will stabilize after the break-in period. Refer to the Owner's Manual for specific break-in procedures. Under normal conditions, the rate of oil consumption depends on the quality and viscosity of the oil, the RPM at which the engine is operated, the ambient temperature, and road conditions. Additional factors are the amount of oil dilution from water condensation or fuel residue, and the oxidation level of the oil. Under certain driving conditions, internal engine pressure conditions in the 3.0 TFSI engine can negatively influence the rate of oil consumption. This can occur while the vehicle is operated in city driving conditions.

SummaryThe message "Is key in the vehicle?" is displayed in the information panel even though the key is in the vehicle. This condition occurs intermittently in vehicles with Audi advanced key. This condition is a result of incorrect parameterization programmed into the B7 access start module from the factory. Because of the incorrect parameters, the access start module does not wait long enough for the remote key to respond to a location request. As a result, the module does not see the remote key and the message is displayed.
