The Second Key Delivery Program is structured into eight distinct phases. Most phases are already marked as "Remedy Available," indicating that the second smart keys are ready for distribution for those vehicle groups. The final Phase 8 is estimated for announcement in October 2024.

Identifying Affected Vehicles

Dealers can determine if a vehicle was produced with only one Smart Key and which phase it belongs to by checking its production date against the provided tables. Owners of a Toyota Camry or other affected models can also use this information to understand their vehicle's eligibility.

For example, if a customer owns a 4Runner produced in December 2022, they would confirm its production date against the start and end production dates in the table below. If it falls within the specified range for a single Smart Key production, they would then check the color-coded chart for that model and production month. A dark green box, for instance, indicates the vehicle is part of Phase 1.
