The mailing will occur in phases, approximately one week after the announcement of each phase. It is important to note that only owners of the covered vehicles will receive this notification. Toyota makes significant efforts to obtain current customer name and address information through industry resources, including state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) records, to ensure accurate delivery of owner letters. How to Get Your Second Smart Key (Repair Procedure Summary)
