This TSB specifically targets instances where the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illuminates due to a specific diagnostic trouble code.
The TSB, identified as 01 25 53 2074392/2, was revised on January 30, 2025, with an initial publication date of July 3, 2024. It provides a detailed solution for the problem, including an optimized production process for vehicles manufactured from January 16, 2025, onwards.

This wiring damage may not be immediately obvious and might only become apparent after the connector is de-pinned or the harness tape is removed during inspection.
Repair Procedure Summary
To resolve the Audi Q5 MIL U060B00 issue, a specific wiring repair procedure is outlined in TSB 2074392/2. The process begins by disconnecting electrical connector T91 from the engine control unit and loosening the wiring harness at its two mounting points to improve access.
Technicians will then cut the three wires of the charge pressure sender -G31- approximately 25 mm from where they emerge from the main harness bundle. New repair wires, part number 000 979 056 EC, are then pinned into a new connector housing, 4K0 9737 03A, and cut to a length of 250 mm. A protective cap, 4G0 971 921, is fitted onto this new connector.
The repair wiring harness is connected to the main wiring harness using three butt connectors, part number 000 979 940. The new wire harness must measure 170 mm from the connector housing to its branch-off point in the main harness, emerging 10 mm below the cable tie. Any excess length is tucked under the main bundle wrapping. Finally, the repair wires are wrapped with cloth adhesive tape, N 106 497 02, starting from the connector and overlapping towards the main harness. After reassembly, all DTCs must be cleared.
