HINT: Certification Label = FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) label. These items may be available from Nissan by request if certain criteria are met. This bulletin lists the criteria and provides an application form for such replacements. · The “VIN Plate/Label” (metal plate or vinyl label) is attached to the instrument panel or body on the driver side at the base of the windshield (see Figure 1). · The “Certification Label” (vinyl adhesive label) is located on the lower area of the driver side B-Pillar (see Figure 1).

  TELEMATICS SERVICE INFORMATION HINT: This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with a 4G network compatible TCU. TCUs compatible with 3G network only are no longer supported. SERVICE INFORMATION The APPLIED VEHICLES that come equipped with a factory installed SOS switch, located near the overhead map lamp, also come equipped with a wireless communication device called a Telematics Communication Unit (TCU). With an active NissanConnect® Services subscription, the TCU communicates with the NissanConnect® Services Data Center to provide various security and convenience services. This bulletin contains important service procedures that must be performed properly in order to set-up and maintain the telematics system for the APPLIED VEHICLES. · A table has been provided on the next page that lists the steps required to successfully configure a TCU after it has been replaced. · A CHECK-OFF SHEET has been provided on page 20 to print and check off steps as they are performed. Staple the completed CHECK-OFF SHEET to the repair order.

  ACTION Date: October 2, 2025 To: FOMs, DOMs, RAMs, & RGMs Subject: LAUNCH PD172 PMA55 Multi Model Monroney Bumper Label – QA – Dealer Announcement and Procedure ACTION: FOMs & DOMs are asked to ensure that dealers are aware of this new campaign information. Dealer Announcement: To ensure continued customer satisfaction and confidence, Nissan is conducting a quality action on certain specific model year 2025 ARIYA, 2024-2025 Pathfinder, 2024-2026 Rogue, 2024-2025 Murano and 2025-2026 Kicks vehicles, as identified in Service Comm and DBS National Service History. This action updates the Monroney labels to reflect corrected bumper labeling requirements for California and Hawaii. Dealers will replace original Monroney labels with corrected Monroney labels. Nissan will send VIN-specific corrected labels to address affected vehicles in dealer inventory. New labels will begin shipping via Federal Express Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Dealers will replace original Monroney labels with corrected Monroney labels. Affected vehicles are subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. What Dealers Should Do: PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaigns I.D. PD172 & PMA55 •New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information •Some vehicles may still be in transit. Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for applicability. 2.Please do not drive, loan, sell or trade the specific vehicles in dealer inventory subject to this quality action. 3.Use the attached procedure to remedy any vehicles affected by this quality action prior to sale. 4.If you have exchanged or traded one of the affected vehicles to another Nissan dealer, please forward the corrected Monroney label to the current dealer upon receipt so it can be attached to the vehicle. •If a vehicle has been retailed, dispose of the corrected Monroney label using the same procedure as for destroying the original Monroney label. 5.The service department should submit the applicable warranty claim for the action performed to close the campaign in Service Comm and release the vehicle.

  AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING WARNING LIGHT BLINKING APPLIED SYSTEMS: Vehicles equipped with a lane camera (see Figure 1) SERVICE INFORMATION If the Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) warning light or is blinking (but not illuminated steadily) or the customer states it is blinking, and there are no related DTCs, inspect the windshield. A blinking AEB warning light may occur under the following conditions:  When contamination or foreign material adhere to the lane camera viewing window on the windshield.  When driving while it is snowing or when frost forms on the lane camera viewing window on the windshield.  When the lane camera viewing window on the windshield is temporarily fogged up. Figure 1 Nissan Bulletins are intended for use by qualified technicians, not 'do-it-yourselfers'. Qualified technicians are properly trained individuals who have the equipment, tools, safety instruction, and know-how to do a job properly and safely. NOTE: If you believe that a described condition may apply to a particular vehicle, DO NOT assume that it does. See your Nissan dealer to determine if this applies to your vehicle.   Right Rear Panel Seam Seal *****Dealer Announcement***** Nissan is conducting a dealer inventory quality action on specific 2024 Nissan Murano vehicles identified in Service Comm and National Service History to repair a potential water leak into the rear cargo area. *****What Dealers Should Do***** PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaigns I.D. PD100 • New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign).  Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information • Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Use the attached procedure to remedy any vehicles affected by this quality action prior to sale. 3. Once remedied, dealers should submit the claim, using the claims coding provided below, and release the vehicle for sale. ***** Dealer Responsibility ***** It is the dealer’s responsibility to check Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaign using the appropriate campaign ID for the inspection status on each affected vehicle currently in new vehicle inventory.
