SummaryD Clutch Repair Kit TSB 21-039-24 REV A - D-Clutch repair kit missing Carrier Output Shaft Seals It has been identified the Carrier Output Shaft is missing 2 seals for some of the kits delivered to dealers. These seals are not available individually. MOPAR is working to get the parts. Do not rebuild the transmission without these seals otherwise the vehicle will not have reverse. Please refer to STAR Online Publication S2421000001 for instructions for inspecting if the seals are present on the Output Shaft Carrier Shaft. If seals are missing, please return the D-Clutch Kit as defective and order another kit. Transmission replacement is not recommended as this issue should be solved with replacement kits.

SummaryFPDM Please DO NOT immediately replace the display, Please follow the following steps. 1. Perform a vehicle battery disconnect to reset the display. Then check the Display function. If Display is still black, replace the display. 2. If screen is recovered, perform a radio Factory reset through the Display. Go to Vehicle menu > Settings > Reset > Factory reset. 3. Then Perform 2 full Ignition Key cycles and check display function. Turn the vehicle off, then open the door and close the door. Then wait until the cluster goes completely off before turning on the car again. 4. If still having screen issues, replace the Display.

Summary"Rear Taillamp Condensation Clearing Procedure On occasion, vehicle exterior taillamp assemblies are fogged with a light layer of condensation on the inside of the lenses Fig. 1. This may be reported after the lamps have been turned on and brought up to operating temperature, turned off and then rapidly cooled by cold water (such as rain, or the water from a vehicle wash). Lens fogging can also occur under certain atmospheric conditions after a vehicle has been parked outside overnight (i.e. a warm humid day followed by clear cool night). This will usually clear as atmospheric conditions change to allow the condensation to change back into a vapor. Turning the taillamps on will usually accelerate this process. This bulletin is to communicate the procedure for rear taillamp condensation clearing."
