SummaryTransmission Kit with Torque Converter 1. All Promaster (VF) 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the transmission bracket to the transmission case fasteners are removed during servicing, the fasteners (Part Number 06511385A$) are one-time usage. Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter.

SummaryADAPTER, Engine Oil Filter (Pentastar V6) All vehicles equipped with a 3.2L or 3.6L except for model year 2014 vehicles with leak concern: 1) Ensure the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) Cap O-ring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. 2) If replacing the (OFA) due to a leak detected between (OFA) and block. Ensure the torque on the 5 bolts are torqued to 12nm. If not record the actual values, torque to 12nm and contact the FCA employees listed below. 3) Remove the (OFA) and replace the O-ring and gaskets only (Kit #68191356A$), NOT THE OFA. 4) If oil was drained, add oil dye to ensure the leak is repaired. For model year 2014 vehicles replace the Oil Filter Adaptor. 5) When replacing PN's 68310865A$ & 68308741A$, it may be necessary to transfer the Oil Temp/Pressure Sensor from the old OFA to the new OFA.

SummaryRELAY, Micro **This applies to the 2020 KL and 2021 KL Only!!** Owner reports in colder temperatures the vehicle may exhibit a No Start or and/or a Start and Stall fail to Start condition. Vehicle will start normally when PDC or vehicle is warmed up. This symptom may also be accompanied by DTC P1279 -STARTER CONTROL CIRCUIT 2 OPEN. Refer to SOL Publication S2108000002 REV B to ensure it is applicable to the vehicle prior to moving forward. For SOL S2108000002 REV B, the Denso 68406797AA may not be available / may be on Backorder. In the event 68406797AA is on backorder, another validated Denso relay to use is 68244159AA. Quantities for this relay are limited, we kindly request to only order on an as needed basis until mid March 2021 so customer vehicles currently exhibiting this issue can be repaired. CAUTION: Denso relay part number 68244159AA can only be used in the Run/Start relay location. Premature relay failure will occur if used in other locations. Other locations require relays which can handle higher duty cycle requirements. Note: Only the Run/Start relay will require replacement for the issue identified in S2108000002 REV B. No other Song Chuan relays should be replaced for this condition.
