IF YOU CONFIRM The MIL is ON with DTC P0299 (BOOST PRESSURE) stored And - The engine air cleaner box and air filter: - Are free from debris - Are not damaged or have any restrictions - The engine charge air cooler tube clamps are tight and tubes are free from leaks at the following locations: - The turbocharger compressor outlet - The charge air cooler inlet - The charge air cooler outlet - The intake manifold inlet - The Boost Pressure Absolute is within +/- 1.5 PSI of ambient air pressure with ignition ON and engine OFF (observed in Data Monitor). ACTION Refer to Repair Overview on page 2.

2016-2019 TITAN XD DIESEL; FUEL FILTER MAINTENANCE This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with a Cummins 5.0L V8 diesel engine. SERVICE INFORMATION The Stage 1 and Stage 2 fuel filters must be replaced every 10,000 miles or a restriction may develop. DTCs P008A, P00C6, P0087 and/or a whining noise from the Stage 1 Fuel Filter Module may be present due to a restriction in the Stage 1 and/or Stage 2 fuel filters. NOTE: An inoperable or whining Stage 1 Fuel Filter Module that has not had the fuel filters regularly replaced as per the Owner?s Manual Maintenance schedule is not a warrantable repair. Before proceeding with any fuel system restriction diagnosis: - Confirm that both of the vehicle?s Stage 1 and Stage 2 fuel filters have been replaced at the correct service intervals, as per the Owner?s Manual Maintenance schedule. IMPORTANT: Warranty claim submissions for a Stage 1 Fuel Filter module will be denied if the Stage 1 and/or Stage 2 fuel filters have not been replaced per the Owner's Manual maintenance schedule.

2016-2018 TITAN/TITAN XD; VISIBLE VIBRATION IN FRONT PASSENGER SEAT AT 60-80 MPH WHEN UNOCCUPIED IF YOU CONFIRM The front passenger seat has a visible vibration/movement that only occurs at speeds between 60 mph and 80 mph And Vibration/movement can be reproduced while driving on smooth roads (vibration/movement not caused by road surface) And All tires are in balance and road force vibration is within specifications (see NTB11-062). ACTION Replace the front passenger seatback assembly and front passenger headrest. IMPORTANT: The purpose of ACTION (above) is to give you a quick idea of the work you will be performing. You MUST closely follow the entire SERVICE PROCEDURE as it contains information that is essential to successfully completing this repair.

Generator Harness Dealer Inventory This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with VK56 Engine Type. *****Dealer Announcement***** Nissan is conducting a quality action to inspect the generator harness on specific 2017-18 Titan vehicles in dealer inventory as identified in Service Comm. On some of the affected vehicles, the generator harness may have been pinched between the frame and the cylinder head. Affected vehicles are not subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. Nissan requests dealers to inspect all the affected vehicles, prior to sale to help ensure customer satisfaction. *****What Dealers Should Do***** PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History ? Open Campaigns I.D. PC673 - New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Dealers are asked to use the attached procedure to help ensure the generator wire is positioned correctly and confirm there is no damage from electrical arcing. - If the generator wire is or can be properly positioned and there are no signs of electrical arcing/damage, the vehicle may be immediately released for sale. - If there are signs of electrical arcing or damage, the VEHICLE MUST REMAIN ON HOLD AND CANNOT BE RETAILED.

IF YOU CONFIRM The running board light near the middle of one or both running boards does not appear to light up (see Figures 1 and 2 on the next page) And The hole in the running board's reinforcement bracket does not line up with the running board light (the light is covered). 2018 TITAN; IPDM E/R SERVICE INFORMATION SERVICE INFORMATION When diagnosing an electrical issue that involves the IPDM E/R, make sure to: - Check for blown fuses in the IPDM E/R. - Replace any blown fuses and recheck the issue. NOTE: - Do not replace an IPDM E/R if replacement of a fuse will resolve the issue. - Part numbers for IPDM E/R fuses are listed in the Parts Information on the next page. CLAIMS INFORMATION If the IPDM E/R is replaced, do not remove the fuses or any other components. The old part must be returned complete. An IPDM E/R that is returned with missing or physically damaged components will be charged back to the dealer.
