Vehicle had large puddle of antifreeze under drivers front of vehicle. Antifreeze reservoir was completely empty upon opening the hood. There is an active drip of antifreeze under the car as displayed by placing a clean piece of cardboard under the vehicle. There were no indicator lights displaying a problem on the dashboard. Upon using an endoscopic camera, there is an active leak at the hose on the radiator. If I had not noticed the active leak, I would have driven the vehicle and overheated the engine with the possibility of seizing the engine. Vehicle is in service currently at Superior Chevrolet. There is a known issue under Special Bulletin N262546590 for the seal at the quick connect inlet on the radiator.

This started happening about two weeks ago. My check engine light came on and my OBD scanner said a NOX sensor code showed. I told the dealership and I guess they cleared the code and it hasn’t reappeared but the reduced acceleration has maintained. It was [XXX] I had just go of work and needed gas. While traveling to the gas station I got notification that my acceleration was being reduced and it was very noticeable. After arriving and pumping gas, I started the car and got 3 additional messages. The car aside my brake assist and ESC needed service, my ABS system was off, and my forward collision system was off. While driving, I noticed that the brakes were still working but acceleration was still being reduced. This is an everyday use car and I have a 6 children who I don’t feel are safe anymore in the car. Not being able to utilize the brakes and the reduced acceleration is very concerning especially when in traffic. I have a little over 27500 miles on the car. It just came from the dealership to get the telematics module replaced last week because it went out about a month ago. I’ve only had this car a year and it seems like the issues are becoming more common everyday. I will be taking care back to dealership tomorrow. While driving with AWD engaged (winter time only ) , AWD will disengage on its own randomly . Will not allow me to reengage AWD for 24hrs plus, unless battery is disconnected . Dealer has hooked up reader and NO code pops up. Also knocks out lane assist and weather temp gauge .

Wife had car sitting over night from doing a EMS shift. Went out to car in morning to start to return home and when car started ABS light, ECS light, Brake Light, and Collision light came on. This has resulted in no ABS or safety features. Called dealer and can't look at car for over a month. There was no mention about not driving. If the wife needs ABS or front radar, she will not have it resulting in a more serious accident.

While driving on vacation approximately five hours away from home with my family, I suddenly heard a loud popping sound followed immediately by increased outside wind noise coming from the panoramic moonroof. Based on the sound, I suspected the moonroof glass had shattered. Because my family was in the vehicle, I intentionally did not open the interior sunshade, as I was concerned that broken glass could fall into the cabin and seriously injure my passengers. After safely pulling over, I inspected the roof from the outside and confirmed that the panoramic moonroof glass had completely shattered. During the drive back, the shattered glass panel completely detached from the vehicle and flew off. Fortunately, it landed in the grass and did not strike another vehicle or person, which could have resulted in a serious accident or injuries. Because this occurred over the weekend, I had no immediate access to repairs. To safely transport my family the five-hour drive back home, I had to temporarily cover the opening with a trash bag and tape to protect the vehicle’s interior and reduce exposure to the elements. After returning home, I contacted the dealership, provided photographs of the damage, and explained the circumstances. I was informed that the failure would not be covered under the vehicle’s warranty and that I would be responsible for the repair costs. I am extremely concerned that the moonroof shattered without any apparent impact from road debris or object. Had the interior sunshade been open at the time, pieces of broken glass could have fallen into the passenger compartment, potentially causing serious injuries to my family, including eye injuries or cuts. Additionally, when the glass panel detached from the vehicle, it could have struck another motorist or pedestrian, creating a significant safety hazard. I believe this incident represents a serious safety concern and request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and reconsidered for warranty coverage.
